Our technician was pleasant, communicated the issues and made recommendations but did not try to push anything on us. We took his recommendations and he was ready to complete the job on that visit. I am extremely happy with Joe Cool!!!

Javier S was my technician, he was very knowledgeable and professional. He was honest and did not try to sell me any “extras”.

Technician, Austin Craig, was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I had a sewer vent that had deteriorated , allowing rats to enter the attic. Austin located the vent & repaired/replaced it in a timely manner. He was careful with the opening he needed in the wall, and cleaned up completely.

We paid over $1,200 on issues within our home only to be told we had to pay more money to resolve the issues. Joe Cool purchased Case Plumbing who initially installed our water heater in 2020 before my wife, and I purchased the home. The second plumber came out to our home and said that a filter would resolve the issue, and since Joe Cool purchased Case Plumbing, they should be able to work with us and get it covered under the warranty. The plumber came back and said they would not cover it, and we actually needed a water softener. I have spoken to my neighbors, and no one else has this issue or has a water softener. To install one is going to cost thousands of dollars. Our second issue is that our kitchen drain keeps backing up. They ran a snake down it twice (the first visit & third visit), then used a pressurized technique to push anything that may be stuck. Neither worked, and we were told we had to rip off the floor (worse case) to repipe or create new piping outside to clean the piping from the outside. In any case, just locating the pipe costs almost 1k. This does not include any crazy add-ons they will include if we go with any of these options.

The only thing they helped us with was a clogged shower drain and a leaked faucet.

In short, they did not resolve the two main issues and just told us it was going to cost more. They purchased a company that installed our water heater but will not take responsibility for the water heater itself or the warranty since they claim its the water quality, but my neighbors don't have the same issue (again they don't have water softener) then we have this continued kitchen sink issue. I would not recommend them. They will quickly take your money and just add additional "cost" to the job.

Update to Review: David Guse (Plumbing Manager) reached out to me due to the above complaint. He contacted me and stopped by my home to discuss the issues in depth. He provided solutions to the issues above, and within a couple of days, he had an experienced plumber come out to resolve my water heater issue and clear my kitchen drain properly. The plumbers that came to my home were extremely professional, answered my questions, and provided additional tips to keep in mind.

I truly appreciate the staff at Joe Cool taking my review seriously. They resolved my issue and really worked with me, which is great to know. They truly care about their customers and, most importantly, want to ensure the requested service is done to the satisfaction of their customers. I would recommend them to my friends and family.

Jarrett the technician, was very professional and politely answered all of my 'simple' questions. He also advised me as to the best, yet cost effective solution. I'll definitely be a return customer.

I am disappointed in our last service call. We were told we needed an evaporator, but it turned out to just being an airflow issue. Good thing we got a second opinion.

I called Joe Cool with a very unique and unusual plumbing issue related to my pool, not my home plumbing system. I'd already tried 5+ pool contractors to get help with the problem (a clogged skimmer line) and no one was willing or able to assist.

I reached out to Joe Cool expecting a similar response - but they listened to the issue and instead of immediately rejecting the request due to the unique nature of the need or deviation from their typical house call, they talked it over internally and decided to try and help.

Where they truly set themselves apart was the service. It took multiple house calls and methods/attempts to figure out how to fix the problem. Instead of giving up or abandoning the job, they tried 3-4 different things before finally figuring out a way to manage the issue. The repair was performed with a level of professionalism not often seen these days in this industry - truly a top notch company.

I have also used Joe Cool Home Services multiple times in the past for HVAC work, including entire HVAC system replacement - and have never once felt they weren't up to the job. They may not be the cheapest option out there - but they'll get the job done right.

They responded promptly to my request for immediate assistance. Natalie arrived and expertly handled the problem and explained what the issue was and how she would rectify the problem. Communicated with me every step of the way. I would high recommend this company.
