10/27 Update - a different plumbing company just left and for $300 dollars my shower works again, cold and hot water. They were able to fix it in an hour. Joe Cool quoted me between $400 - $2500 and the story was different with each plumber they sent out. Several of them suggesting I needed to replace the entire rain shower. Others saying the cartridge we needed was not available anymore and if they could get it we'd have to wait weeks. No one at Joe Cool could help me unless I wanted to replace the entire rain shower. I cannot believe how badly Joe Cool botched this very small job that took another company an hour to fix (including a trip to their warehouse to get the part they needed).

I tried to schedule Joe Cool to come out to fix an issue with our shower. They were scheduled on a Friday and they couldn't make it. They said I could reschedule for Tuesday morning but I had to answer their call on Monday to confirm we're available. I'm an adult, if you schedule time with me I will be here. This is a terrible practice that I've never experienced anywhere else. Call me to confirm and say I need to call you if I can't be here, don't hold my appointment hostage to me answering your call that comes at an unscheduled time (if it comes at all). The scheduling is such a mess. They say they will call and they don't and then you can't get the first appointment of the day which is the only guarantee that you'll actually get service that day. Sadly, I'm a member of their plumbing club and still get treated this way.

Beyond the scheduling issues I ended up having 5 different plumbers come over 4 trips to try and fix a rain shower head. I heard a different story from each them, different prices, and I've now ended up with the shower head caped so I just have a pipe coming out of my ceiling when before they touched it the rain shower worked, it was just hot water coming out of it and we wanted both hot and cold to come out of it.

Javier was phenomenal! He explained what needed to be done throughly and made recommendations on what to complete first. He was professional, considerate and a pleasure to speak with. I will definitely call him back to complete any A/C repairs or maintenance in the future!

Justin was a fantastic representative for this company. Very knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions I had. I would definitely reccomend Joe Cool and Justin.

A part of my mother's 50-year-old sewer line collapsed causing backups in the house when shower, toilets, or washer was used. She contracted Joe Cool to replace the collapsed drainage pipe and all the drainage pipes under her home. The job was started by Karl and helper (Trenton?) on a Monday. On day 2, we decided to replace the 2 toilets and the water lines in and around the house. All the pipes were at least 40 years old.
Karl and Trenton were professional and cleaned up each day. We received a text each day letting us know they were on their way. And they arrived about 30 minutes later.
Now her water pressure is much improved! The plumbing is working great. It was a huge job.
My mom will continue to do business with Joe Cool.

An additional comment- the job required cutting down two punk trees and digging up the roots which delayed the job by a day. I gave the name of the tree guys we use and Norman from Joe Cool, contracted them to cut the trees. Joe Cool picked up the cost of the tree service, BUT they did not treat our tree guys professionally. My tree guys will not take a job from Joe Cool again.

I’ll tell ya’ what, it’s so cool having confidence in my A/C again. After being very disappointed by two previous businesses I finally am living in cool comfort again.
After a very timely visit from Joe Cool (the same day I called) Richard hooked me up. He was professional and courteous and above all knowledgeable. It was not inexpensive but who ever expects it to be? But there’s nothing like the feeling that I got my money’s worth.

I wanted to leave a review strictly for Matthew SBB from the Membership Management Team. I spoke to him today a couple of times. One time for signing up for the Membership to save me some $$$ and second after my service to voice an issue I had for the service call preformed at my home. He is very courteous and professional. He listened to my issue with empathy after my service was preformed and took ownership of getting my issue to the appropriate channels. He made my experience with this company 100% better than had I not interacted with him. He is a true asset to your company. His customer service is an 11 out of 10! Tony and his assistant arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous. He performed quality work and explained everything to me thoroughly throughout the process. Over all, he was exceptional.

They got to the house super early because I mentioned I had children and we needed air. Everything was handled by 10AM. Fair prices and nice serviceman

Just want to thank Matt Towers, our Air Conditioner stop working he came analyzed our current home system. He sat down with us explained the options we had and finally decided to go with a brand new AC unit. He invested his time to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase.
