Joe cool is amazing and very honest. We were low on funds and found the compasetor was broken and they did everything in their power to make sure we had AC. I would recommend this company to any and everybody. Would give a million stars if I can!!

Called Joe Cool at 8 am and by 1145 their phenomenal service tech - Jarrett D - had repaired my system. Extremely knowledgeable, courteous and transparent. 👍👍

Ray was very pleasant and professional and knowledgeable. We called because there was water coming from the AC onto our floor. Ray unclogged the drain line and inspected the overall system. He went above and beyond in answering all of our questions.

The entire process from beginning to end was excellent! The sales rep was not pushy and worked endlessly to put together a quote that was an incredibly fair price. They replaced the entire A/C system, handler, condenser and tore down and re-built the condenser platform... which was rotting. Alex and John were fantastic to work with, highly professional and super careful in not tearing up the house. The communication from everyone was over the top! The re-build of the platform was perfect and took my drainage issues into account. I highly, highly recommend these installers and the entire company!! This comes from someone who seldom writes reviews... when I do, usually they are negative. Not here, do yourself a favor, when the need arises for HVAC issues, call Joe Cool first!

Our experience so far with this company has been great!
Tankless water heater was leaking. We’ve had the unit for 4 years without issue. Then on the day after Christmas, it started leaking.
The Joe cool team was responsive to our call for help. Made certain a plumber was at our house and ready to service us by 8:30 am!

Plumber- Dale SUPER helpful, fair and thorough. With his disposition he immediately earned our trust. He explained everything and made suggestions for improvement. We accepted his suggestions and look forward to the completion of the work.

Dale was great. He showed up on time, quickly detected what was wrong and fixed it. He was thorough with photos of his fixes so we could show the inspection items were addressed. He also took a look and gave feedback on some other items that were out of his scope. I'd recommend him and Joe Cool to anyone.

The people that came out (2 day job) were beyond amazing!! They were down to earth, didn’t try to sell us on anything and worked above and beyond what they needed to to ensure our issue was fixed! I will forever be using their services and will be recommending everyone I come across to JoeCool

Our technician, Tony D. was excellent. He helped us with an issue we had of microbiological growth. He efficiently installed a system to remedy it. Very good work.

I had used them in the past for 3rd party warranty work on my previous house so when I needed to get the ductwork replaced on my current house I called to get a quote. They offered to match the lowest price I got and included some extras that the previous quotes didn't notice or tell me about (damaged plenum that was air conditioning my garage and attic).

They came out promptly on the scheduled day, performed all of the work in addition to topping off the refrigerant and fixing some rattling in the air handler that I haven't noticed until they pointed it out.

Instead of repairing the damaged plenum like we agreed, they replaced the whole thing because they already had the ductwork removed so they had more access to it than expected.

Aleksandr was extremely communicative during the whole process and once they were done, he did a walkthrough with me and answered all of the questions and even made some recommendations that I could do myself to improve the AC performance even further.

They finished ahead of schedule and did a good job with cleanup. I had previously been using another AC company for 15+ years, but I'm glad I gave Joe Cool a chance because they'll be my first call next time.

Joe Cool Air installed a new 2 Ton Goodman Heat & Air Conditioner today. The installers were excellent, professional, and courteous. I am very pleased with everything.Thank you!
