They quoted me 965 dollars to clean my ac. I said it was too much. They then quoted me 450 to clean my ac, I laughed. They charged me a 90 dollar trip charge to come out and hand me this joke. Ac cleaning is about 75 to 250 dollars. They were very professional and nice as they took me for 90 dollars instead of the 40 dollar trip charge. I called their manager and he politely called me back. He said I misunderstood the ad. I PAID the 90 bucks and in so spent 50 extra dollars but learned a lesson - dont call JOE COOL UNLESS YOU WANT TO GET ROBBED. Honestly the tech quoted me 900 then when I declined - 30 seconds later quoted me 450 for the same one hour job. The balls that had to take, tips hat. 900 dollars an hour, lol that's one for the books.

I’ve used Joe Cool in the past and they have alway done a great job. Marcus was my repairman today and he was respectful, polite and did an excellent job. I will use this company for all my repairs in the future.

This place is a joke. I had 2 different people out here to work on a AC leak in my garage. Neither one worked. They sent out a "senior tech". He said he had to take out hair handler fix whatever it was and total cost of 1350. Mind you I has already paid for other services to fix the leak. Here's the best part. I opted to call another company. All it was is a stripped pvc connector. So for a service call of $70 it was fixed. However I'm trapped in a 16.99 agreement with Joe cool. Either they was incompetent staff or they are trying to do more work than necessary for more money. And b4 yall try and say you have no record of me my google account is in my maiden name. I very much was a customer of urs. Do to imcopentent and/or fraudulent fixes am I'm no longer!

DO NOT hire this company unless you want to be ripped off. This is a predatory scumbag service. I was charged $700 to replace two parts that cost $14 each. Was also being sold to death on a new unit, even though mine is perfectly fine, and was also being sold on some cleaning service that was going to cost $900 for cleaning some cables! It's ridiculous. This prices are outrageous and predatory. I needed the unit fixed but this is a job that should have cost $70. When I asked the serviceman what the cost of the parts I needed was, he feigned ignorance because he KNEW it was a rip off. This immoral rip off of a company deserves to go out of business for its predatory practices and all its employees contributing to their scamming practices should be ashamed of theirselves.

Joe Cool went above and beyond my expectations. I loved the text reminders and picture of the technician who was coming to do the job. Kim is a doll and resolved all my financing! Best quote out four companies I had reached out to.

Jarrett was very polite. Listen to our concerns and then quickly addressed the problem. He got busy quickly and efficiently and told us and showed us what the problem was. A/C seems to be operating as it should for now, but time will tell.

After having serious issues with my last AC company I was very happy with how efficient Joe Cool was. From getting someone out here to inspect the system, assisting me with financing, and doing the work, everything moved very quickly and now I have AC again.

Karl Yerby replaced our irrigation pump but had to return the following day to install a new check valve. It took awhile to get the pump to get primed but we were able to test all the sprinkler sets to prove that the entire irrigation system was working. We are very happy with everyone that ensured that this got done for us during a very short response time. Highly recommended for irrigation system repair & replacement issues, to include pump & check valve replacement on time & during a very short lead time.

I called for service to fix an AC unit that had suddenly died and my current AC guy was over due missing two appointments. I called and spoke wit I believe her name was Corin? Asked for a tech and she said it was 90 bucks which is industry standard. The issue was that I did not own the home I was calling for. It's my SIL's home who lives in the Carolina's. I was just calling for a simple repair and the AC had already been down a few days. I have 4 elderly females living here and I was under a great deal of pressure to get it resolved. The pre qualify to be the home owner is why I gave the one star review. The review request came to my phone and I was busy and had no time to leave the why details. I pressed the star based on my experience and moved on with my day. The company that came out and performed the repair was called Air-Serve. The techs name was Brian. He was at my place in 45 minutes. The cost was 389.00 I paid 500 in cash because I got the maintenance plan where he comes out twice a year. No qualifying me either. I called Joe Cool because you are familiar to me I see your vans all over town. Your business is well rated on Google. That's how I searched for the resolution to my problem. I called two business's that day. Your was the first. Air-serve was second. I called them because most of the reviews mentioned Brian by name. That in my experience is a good sign. I prefer small business's like mine. 1 Hour Air and Finn's AC were my former go to companies. I've lived in Pinellas Park all of my adult life. Good luck to you in your future efforts.
