Good evening, I called your company because a condenser fan stop working; the condenser started but the fan was not turning. Paul showed up and looked at the condenser, looked at the air handler, and then went to his vehicle to write "his observations." Paul came back and gave me a list of $1,492 to fix the unit and $5,013 to have it running at an optimal level. So, according to numbers quoted I rather get a new unit- it only makes sense after such estimate. Paul called his office and scheduled a future appointment for someone to come and take some measurements to give me a final estimate for a new unit. After Paul departed, another company was contacted to come by and look at the same problem, the gentleman was given the same information as the previous prospect. The gentleman measured a few electric currents and determined that the capacitor for the condenser was not working and replaced it. Done, the A/C unit is working again, and the $20 dollars capacitor and the guys 20 minutes cost me about the same as your service call charge . Why couldn't you guys at Joe Cool Home Services do the same thing? Why charge $75 dollars to come and tell me to change the current A/C unit instead of at least try to fix whatever is wrong with the "dilapidated" unit so at least the souls living in that house wouldn't melt overnight, and then take your time to sell me a new unit to death? Think about it guys, you lost my respect because another company took the decision to be a professional instead of overlooking an easy solution just to make more money. Thank God the other company respected their customers and fixed the problem you couldn't or wouldn't fix.

I was getting a new kitchen counter and needed my water, sink, faucet, dishwasher and garbage disposal disconnected and reconnected. This is two visits with a couple of days in between visits. Aaron was phenomenal and got my kitchen disconnected and reconnected quickly and with zero issues. He was polite and cleaned up. Great service!

Fast forward to 2023 and I needed a new kitchen faucet installed. Dale and his apprentice did a wonderful job installing and cleaning up afterwards. They are so kind. I just love this company.

Chris, the technician was very professional. Explained to me the issue and stated he could fix the problem today. He went and got the part and also installed my surge protector within an hour. They installed my ac in March of 2015 and have received nothing but excellent service from them. Highly recommend. Today, I received a call from the Joe Cool representative Jennell if everything was ok and if I was satisfied with my service. I explained to her, yes as always. It was nice to get a call back from the company.

Cardiny with Joe Cool came out for my AC inspection today, wonderful technician! He found an issue in my condenser unit outside. He was so thorough explaining the issue. He worked with me to ensure we could stay within my budget to address it and help me prioritize other maintenance work I am scheduling later in the year. I will personally request him going forward for sure!

The technician, Mitchell, was friendly and professional. He really knew his stuff. For context, we're new to the homeowning thing and our house is old and very quirky. Mitchell answered all of my questions about plumbing and walked me through what he was doing while he troubleshot our plumbing leak. Would absolutely have him out again for any future plumbing issues.

We can’t say enough good things about Justin and Joe Cool! Sunday evening our a/c condensation drain pipe broke and they came out in 2 hours to fix it. I spoke to Holly and she was so compassionate and helpful with getting someone out to us quickly. I’m beyond impressed with the service. Justin fixed what needed to be fixed and gave us great advice without trying to sell us things we didn’t need or want. He was polite and personable. We’ll be getting a consultation for a full system replacement because of the stellar service. Thank you so much!

Our field repair tech Mitchell Helder went above and beyond to take care of our sewer issue. Called Joe Cool about our issue at 10:50am on Sunday, and they had Mitchell there by 12. He was honest, informative and thorough. Will refer and use again!
