It was time for my yearly maintenance and I had called Joe cool to come out. James M was the technician who the company had sent. From the time he introduced him self on arrival he was very professional and polite I spoke with James for a few moments to inform him of my questions about my System. While James and I were standing in the garage he began to work on my inside unit once he took the doors off we noticed the system to not looking very good shape he answered all of my questions about what why where and how this could happen he explained the age of the system and answered everything to my liking. After that James began to work on the outside I had a feeling something was going on before they arrived then sure enough there was, James found a major leak in my condenser. He explained what it would take to fix it and I was not willing to spend that much money on a system and as old as mine so we set it up for someone to come and talk to me and everything went very smoothly I decided to replace my system and everything went fabulous thank you Joe cool for treating me so kindly and thank you James for truly being able to put my trust in you and the company. Keep up the amazing work.

Everyone I spoke to on the phone was very friendly and helpful. Cameron was the technician that came out and he was fantastic! Very thorough and courteous. High level of professionalism.

So I went nearly 3 months w/o hot water bc I couldn't find a plumbing service to install a new water heater! Despite having a large credit at Home Depot, their pro-desk had only ONE contractor in their database --who came to my condo, but then took 2 1/2 wks just to announce they couldn't do the job, too complicated they said. Really?? Called another service my property mgr. recommended --took him 4 wks just to call back, ignoring every call to him prior. Phoned another service who said they couldn't do the job either. And yet another service decided to close early the day I drove to their location to meet w/them. FINALLY discovered "Joe Cool Services" online, who came right out, analyzed the job, provided an estimate, made an appointment & got the job done, NO PROBLEM. Their office staff is lovely to communicate with...The 2 fellows sent to me were "Nick" and "Logan" = very friendly, perfect gentlemen, got all the work done cleanly & professionally. They even went above & beyond closing the hole in my ceiling from the flooding = temporary, but still VERY appreciated & well done---a total surprise to me that they performed that extra kindness!
Not sure why 4 plumbing services previously contacted were so unprofessional & incompetent. No one should have to endure 3 months w/o hot water, yet these people advertise as if they are proficient -- try getting them to come to your home or perform the work, FORGET IT. And thus am VERY grateful to Joe Cool Services & for the good fortune having Nick & Logan come to my home. Wish I'd known about Joe Cool in the beginning of my debacle, would've saved me a lot of grief & unnecessary stress. All I know is, if you're having trouble getting a plumbing service to return your calls, actually come to your home, and God forbid, do the work, you need to contact Joe Cool Services. They are a PROFESSIONAL company performing things the way they SHOULD be done, without the added hassle in this imperfect world. Thanks again to Nick & Logan for doing such great work! I used this company previously and took out a service contract in case there was an additional issues. A week ago, I had a plumbing issue again and called, I was told it would take two days for them to come out and resolve the matter. I'm not sure why they offer service contracts, individuals with contracts should be a priorty NOT with this company. I even called and talked with a manager and have YET TO HEAR BACK. I had to call another plumbing company which cost me $285.00 that I should have never paid. I feel this unprofessional company needs to reimburse my cost. I would NEVER use them again nor recommend them to anyone unless they want to be ripped off and your service contract is not honored.

Joe Cool technicians were great, in-depth, and straight to the point for such a good price point! I had Rick and Kaleib service my AC system and they were great. They even added some extras to make the area look very clean and professional. Overall, the service was 10/10 and they were very respectful around the house. I didn’t see this company come up as the first AC Repair business on Google but it was the one with the best reviews on quality and price so I went with them and the reviews were right! Thank you Rick and Kaleib for the help!

Chris and Chris (Chris2) were wonderful. They were very friendly and polite. They kept me informed of what they planned to do to my AC unit. When they completed their work they explained everything that they did.

Joey was so great in explaining everything to us. Very personable and professional.

Tony was very easy to work with, and has a great personality.
You definitely want Tony to do the work on your systems.

Thrir technicians always do a great job, fix what's broken and don't try to sell you anything, unlike some other companies.

Service was good very polite and very knowledgeable Would like to have him service my AC unit every time if possible.great job
