We had a sewer smell in our house.
Karl came in the guest bathroom and flushed the toilet. When he did he heard a gurgle in the shower drain. He said when was the last time you used this shower? I said it's a guest bathroom and it hadn't been used for close to a year. He then told me the P trap was dry and the smell was coming up from that drain. I turned on the shower head let the water run for a couple of minutes and the smell disappeared. Case solved problem over. This guy is one smart plumber. I highly recommend him.

My HVAC system failed Christmas morning 8:16am. What am I going to do now? COLDEST DAY OF THE YEAR! Called Joe Cool Tuesday am. Installed new HVAC Wednesday, WARM House in the afternoon 😀. Their office staff took control,knew exactly what to do. Ordered all necessary equipment, organized installers. Johny ,Dakota,and Dustin arrived ON TIME ,Worked as aTEAM. Each doing their part professionally,cleanly quietly and on task!!! COULDN'T ASK FOR MORE. Dont make a mistake, CALL JOE COOL FIRST.

Joe Cool did some work for me sometime back. I was offered a yearly membership which included 2 yearly AC checkups. I agreed to that. Months later, It dawned on me I had not heard anything from them so I called. Turned out that my membership had never been recorded and they totally forgot about me. They apologized and offered me a membership again. I again agreed and made an appointment for service. I was told that a technician would be at the home between 8:30 - 9am. My husband had to move a lot of items in the garage so the technician could reach the air handler. 9:30am came and went with no technician. When I called, I was told that time was only when they start, not when they would arrive. Just before 11am they called and said that the technician encountered a major issue and they would have to reschedule for another day. That did it for me. I cancelled my membeship and will find a more reliable company.

Update. I was contacted by Joe Cool company. I spoke with Holly and she was very apologetic for the inconvenience and asked what she could do to correct it. She also stated that changes have been made in the scheduling department so that this type of situation does not happen again. I never had a problem with their workmanship. My issue was with reliability and I feel they are sincere in wanting to make improvements so I have changed my star rating to 3 stars. I always appreciate a business that is responsive in making necessary changes to ensure great service.

Told me they were on their way to service my AC unit they never showed up they told me that they don't have a window of time for Then called and set up for A-day once again made up an excuse of why they couldn't make it then called my house at 7 am o'clock in the morning to tell me they're on their way very unreliable unprofessional and I'm very sorry for even using this company and I hope that anybody that is reading this will make a decision not to use this company not cool Joe cool thanks for wasting my time and money

Our AC system has been giving us trouble and it finally bit the dust. Bill came out to give us options on replacement, and even though inflation is a killer right now, he had multiple options that helped us make a decision we felt good about given 2022 pricing and lead times. We had a new system up and running a few days later. Aleksander and his team did a great job with the install. We had one slight issue but Matthew in the office had someone out the next day to take a look. Javier came out, fixed the minor issue and we haven't had any issues since. Overall a great experience, the follow up and professionalism really impressed me. My expectations have really been lowered since the pandemic and Joe Cool really did leave us happy every step of the way, which is rare these days.

I have used Joe Cool more than once. They always get it done quickly and return for any concerns or fixes I thought were needed. The notification text messages and calls directly from them on when a tech is dedicated to me and on their way is great. I am always glad I call the pros for this kind of stuff, no matter what. Technician sent text notifying us of arrival. Reviewed water heater problem, suggested replacement, replaced it. Very nice fellow; courteous and professional.

After diagnosis, I was advised that the capacitor was bad due to a short of some kind. The repair cost $430+ which I thought was excessive for a 45 minute repair and a part costing under $50. Repair cost for this zip code was estimated at $170 to $200 per Google. The cost included the trip charge of $80 when I was told by the staff on the phone that it was $75 which I also had a coupon for that expires on 06/30/22. They advised to avoid the trip charge that I had be a member of some sort of program. I was also advised that an individual would come by for free to offer me a new replacement system and that I would need about 3 lbs. of gas shortly at a cost of $300+. Nice guys however; appeared heavily dollar driven.
Since this review was originally posted; Joe Cool has reached out to me to offer solutions for improving my experience. For that I am very appreciative.
