Throughout the process of finding a company to give me an estimate, I came across Joe Cool. They contacted me immediately and was very professional from the moment I first spoke to them. They stayed in touch with me from the first call up to when they sent out a technician, they worked around my schedule which was extremely helpful so I wouldn't miss work. Justin came to check out my AC to see why it stopped working. He was on time, very professional. He was very honest and upfront about everything as my unit is very old. They don't put pressure on you to do things. Just very informative. Highly recommend their service.

Jon Matz and the A/C installation crew, Alex and Dimitri completely removed and replaced our 15 year old HVAC system in one day. The new Goodman 3Ton unit is working perfect. Joe Cool provided a free 6-month HVAC inspection for a system they installed earlier this year. The technician, Chris, was on-time, professional and completed the necessary work very efficiently. Great guy. (The system has worked perfectly thus far and my electric bill has decreased 20% since installed.)

They did a much more professional job than the last company we used! The layout of the system left the attic looking twice as big as before! There is now a lot more room to move around up there and we learned that we were using too many filters making the system work too hard to move the air. We are ready for the summer!
