I wanted to leave a review for stellar service I recieved this weekend. My AC is very old and needs replacement. The technician Rae Matcalf and salesman William Boozer went above and beyond to help.... from getting me financed for a new unit to getting a temp standup AC to help until new unit could be installed after holiday. I can't say enough about the exceptional service I received. Customer service was amazing, staff was knowledgeable and I'm 100% happy and would recommend to any family or friends. I have had the worst experience ever since I hired Joe cool. I have had a shower that is yet not completed and done wrong 4 times. They don't seen to have the time to get this issue resolved. I have been calling since 2021 and no response from the owner/ manager. I no longer want them to do this job since 4 times is more then enough to have gotten the job done right. I need resolution to this a.s.a.p. I need Mr.Abbott to resolved this. I need a call back without excuses. Thank you

Ray was friendly and professional. He explained upfront what he would be doung as part of this periodic system check. He reported what he found, provided general information and education, and made some recommendations for system operating improvement, with a written copy to us. We were pleased with his service.
