From the moment that Luke came to give me an appraisal, and understood the need I had as a vacation rental to get this done as quickly as possible, the customer service has been fantastic, and the price very reasonable compared to other estimates. Vincent was on time the day of installation, and worked very quickly to make sure my guests that were checking in at 4, had a working unit. Luke the owner of Viking Air had to revise my brand
new air conditioning and duct work system. The original installer was a friend of a friend and made a total mess of our brand new system. All the vents in our home were dripping water so severely it was making the carpet wet from all the dripping water. I did not know what to do and the original installer would not return my calls! I called three companies and Luke with Viking Air immediately knew what the problem was and the correct way to fix the problem.
His price was very fair and his knowledge was very evident that he knew what he was doing . He showed me what the other company did wrong and after his repair he corrected my horrible situation. Thank you Luke .

The heating system on my three month old heat pump system failed a few days before our Christmas cold snap. Viking was very responsive, arriving to check the system the same day I called. A part needed to be ordered and they expedited that and got the whole system back up and running within a few days, and before the cold temps set in. Everything was under warranty. Everyone I delt with including Dave the repairman and Karen the office manager were very courteous and responsive. I was very pleased.

Viking Air is wonderful but when I went to pay the bill, there was a tip feature. I have never seen this on a service call. Made me somewhat uncomfortable as it would've added another $20 to my bill. That's why only 4 stars.

My AC was having issues, I had a few companies come out and none of them fixed the root issue. I finally got Viking Air to come out. They sent Dave (David) who was an absolute gem! He came out and diagnosed our AC correctly and completed the work efficiently. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything and answered all my questions etc. I would highly recommend Viking and their employees like Dave. Thank you!
