Viking Air has been nothing but wonderful. I received their contact from my mother who is a loyal customer of theirs and I am so glad I did! Luke and his team have been responsive, on time and extremely easy to work with and their pricing is fair. I would DEFINITELY recommend Viking Air Services!

11/24/2020 Viking Air did a great job at our house installing a new HVAC unit after the power surge when the hurricane crossed St. Pete recently. What I really love is that their owner tells me to get quotes from others, etc. He doesn't force me into using his company. Long story short, his prices are most competitive and his service is great. All the guys he hires seem to be of quality too. One of his employee's told me today, "Luke is one of the most honest guys around." I've experienced that over the course of time. I highly recommend his company. Find out for yourself.

2/2020 Third time Viking Air has been to our house. They show up in time, don’t sell anything you don’t need and their prices are more than fair. I would refer them to anyone.

I ran into quite a tough situation after buying a home in June. Yes, the A/C stopped working in June/Florida life. I looked at some different reviews, Google, Nextdoor, Yelp and some others... Viking Air is near me and people said they give quality service for a reasonable price. I completely agree. The gentleman Luke answered my call in the morning and committed to coming out same day. He listened when I told him my situation and what I wanted and planned to do. He gave me rough estimates over the phone which calmed my worries quite a bit.
When he arrived he was very professional and swift with solutions. He gave me options and not once did I feel like he was pushing agenda, ( I have absolutely run into that many times in my life with A/C and other home fixes.). He remembered my situation, wishes, and gave me realistic expectations. He was personable and professional. I will definitely be working with Viking Air again.

I think i just need charge, and maybe find leak. 22 yo system. I dont want to spend a lot. It still works, just slowly. They wont comment. They wont tell me if they charge r22. They wont tell me prices. They only want to schedule a service call. I require intelligent dialog before I hire anyone for anything. Most businesses comply. Viking wont.
