These guys are AMAZING. They did everything we agreed on and more. Todd, Randy and installers took out my old AC/heating central unit/air handler and put in this highly efficient, Dependable AC/Heat Pump unit while I what is in another country.
Upon my return new WIfi thermostat unit purred like a kitten. There was a glitch in my electrical panel and Randy returned repeatedly so I didn’t have to hire an electrician. Any HVAC installation and maintenance needs I’d call/text/email these guys in a heartbeat!!

Gulfcoast Heating & AC have been great. When I first moved here they were helpful in terms of educating me about things I needed to know about heating and cooling systems for houses I was considering for purchase. I’ve now bought my house and they have done my maintenance each year. It’s been great and educational every time. They do a great job and they don’t mind explaining what they’re doing and they have are thorough reasons for recommendations about my current system. Thank you !

Why do A/C units always seem to fail right before/on a holiday or weekend? The day before the July 4th holiday, I woke up in an 88 degree house that was getting hotter by the hour. I cleaned my filter & waited to see if that solved the problem (it’d been *awhile* since the last cleaning😏). It didn’t help. I called Gulf Coast, who had installed my unit 4 years ago, and they squeezed me into their busy schedule almost immediately! Randy showed up an hour later & solved the problem literally within minutes! I’m completely in awe of this fantastically professional and reliable company, Gulf Coast Heating & A/C⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

A/C wasn't blowing cold air, Gabriel came in & within an hour he found the problem (loose wiring & thermostat not working properly) he had it all fixed & working in a half hour after diagnosing. He was amazing! Very polite, professional & efficient!!!

Randy was so knowledgeable and diligent. He immediately recognized the issue missed and exacerbated by both technicians sent by Bl_____ AC. Finally relieved to know an AC company with nice, knowledgeable and responsive professionals!

Randy was amazing. I needed a energy calculation done so I could get a permit from the city of Saint Pete for new air conditioning mini splt units he did an amazing job promising to do exactly what he said. Within 3 or 4 days he had everything I needed to go down to. The city and get my permit. Awesome job thank you Randy Gruber

Once again Gulf Coast is keeping me as cool as they are!!! Been using them for a number of years and never dissatisfied. Today was just an annual maintenance check up. Gabe was there exactly when they told me he would be and took his time to explain everything he did and was clear on recommendations to keep my unit running perfectly. Can't praise them enough!

Gabriel was everything you look for in a skilled tradesman. He was asked to inspect multiple pieces of equipment and provide recommendations on what needs to be repaired or replaced. A pleasure to work with for sure.
