Great emergency call answer.

I’ve tried to write a second review for a great service form the technician Li but google is not allowing me so I’m editing an old review adding a note of thankful.

My AC stopped working at midnight, i went on line and filled a service request application up at service expert Miami website because I already have an maintenance contract with them, but did not want someone in my house at 1 AM. I was expecting to get a call in the morning in order to schedule a visit, but at 8:30 AM a service technician, Mr. Li, was rang the bell and repaired my ac unit. He did great work knowledge and politeness.

I consider myself truly blessed to have both technicians Rodolfo Valdes Serrano tech#468 and Ricardo Agvera tech #374 installed my air conditioning unit. They make a wonderful team. They are truly SERVICE EXPERTS. They know their job.They really made a difference for me.Now I can believe in service experts efficiency reliability and competency.I would like to acknowledge my Service Advisor. Ticket #0299305. . My technician #490 Lazaro was amazing. he was on time ,very pleasant, and professional in every way. I was fortunate to have him as my technician. he is truly an asset to the company.

After reading the reviews I decided to give them a call. First step: today they sent someone to check my faulty central AC. Very professional and knowledgeable technician, Mr Lee, license #62980, promptly determined the problem and gave me a fair price for the repair. Replacement part was ordered. Will follow this with a final review after the work is done. So today I had already replaced the bad part that needed to be ordered. Rubens 456 very efficiently finished in short time and close my ticket. I am a happy customer.

I just had my 6 month ac check up with Sergio. (Ticket number 274415 tech 375). He was phenomenal! Took good care of my unit, answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable. I recommend him as a tech! Thanks again Sergio!

After my service, the first thing I did was save their contact number in my phone. Zero complains. My technician was Jorge and he not only repaired the issue but educated me along the process.

I have used this company for many years. Service is reliable and generally quick. Pricing appears to be competitive. I recently used technician Li. Ticket 06749. He has previously performed services on our two units. He has always been knowledgeable, professional and helpful.
As it turned out, I needed a new air-conditioning unit (compressor and condenser).It was a pleasure dealing with everyone at this company from start to finish. The sales representative ( Raul Noya) ) was great. He patiently took the time to explain the various options and costs. I decided to opt for a new Lennox system. Raul said they could install it the next day, which was done quickly and efficiently.The installers (Charles and Garrett) knew what they were doing. Also, they thoroughly cleaned up the mess that had been made.In addition, they were courteous and friendly. Also had some follow up with the administrative people. They were terrific as well. Super friendly.Everybody there seems to be a Dale Carnegie graduate.

My technician was Humberto Lopez TECH #344. He was timely, pleasant and very thorough. He also advised me of ways to make my ac work better. Good experience!

Today Service Experts came to do my service. They came in on time. Li # 68484 came in prepared even today with his mask and gloves because of the virus. He was polite and he did a great job. He explained everything in detail. Also he asked me if I had any questions so I asked him some and he was very nice and explained everything. He is very knowledgeable. Thank you Li and Service Expert. I am happy with you guys.

Li #63332. My condenser line was clogged and they were able to come the day I called. Technician showed up at my house a bit earlier than me but he waited for me without charging extra. He was very kind and did a great job explaining and fixing the issue. I expected the job to cost a bit less, but the service was great so I didn't mind
