    Will S. and Dave came out to do a maintenance on our AC system. They showed up on time, made sure shoes were covered when coming in house, and did the maintenance. Checked all aspects of the system. A+++

    I would like to say THANK you from the bottom of my heart! Yesterday my AC went out and I called several places that were unable to assist for different reasons. I called your company and the phone was answered right away. The young lady that answered the phone was very descriptive about the cost and what service you could provide for me! The first technician (Alain) came to my house diagnosed the issue right away, the fuse was blown. He the went to 3 different stores and was unable to get the part. He did inform me of this and I asked if I could try and get it for him and he sent me a picture of the fuse and described exactly what i needed. I replaced the fuse myself and it did not work. I texted him and he said that he could try and assist by sending another technician. I then saw a loose wire and he told me do not touch anything for my safety please wait for the technician. The second technician (Sergio) came to the house reattached the wire and the AC started working perfectly

    Unfortunately in our industry all we usually hear our negative things I really would like to show my gratitude and appreciation for both of these gentlemen and the young lady that answered the phone this is the best customer service I’ve gotten in a very long time. I can promise you that if somebody asks for an air-conditioning company I will be more than happy to recommend you. If anything ever goes wrong with my air conditioning I will be calling you again. When my air conditioner goes out I will be calling you to replace it you have earned a customer for life.

    We have used Service Experts for almost nine years. It wasn't until this year, that we experienced a degradation of "service." Four family members also use Service Experts. Earlier in the year, we ordered a new AC for a property, only to have it fail inspection. This had never happened. A few months later, at another property, we had a technician come out to perform the routine AC check-up that we pay for each year. This technician talked on his cell phone the entire visit and barely said two words to us. It was the most unprofessional technician we'd ever encountered in all of the nine years. We spoke to a manager named "J" who apologized and said he would call back after conferring with his supervisor to see what remedy would be offered. Never heard back. Since he'd apologized, we didn't need anything else. But the fact that a manager would not do what he said he'd do, gave us a pause. Four months later, last Thursday at 7:30pm, we experienced an emergency leak which poured down to the first floor through the fire alarm which tripped all of the other alarms in the house...for TWO HOURS. We called for a technician. No technician had come after a couple hours, so we called for an ETA only to find out he was dispatched to the wrong address. At this point, it was almost 10pm. No one ever showed; we had water everywhere. The next morning a technician arrived, Gurpeet Parihar. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He apologized for all of the confusion and we appreciated that. However, he was only able to perform a stop-gap repair. Our unit requires a more thorough coil cleaning, flushing and disassembly. In the interim, we were told if we operated the AC, it would leak again and we needed to place towels under the unit to catch the water. But that certainly a technician should be able to come out later that day or Saturday to do the major repair. Again, I spoke to "J" twice who said he would speak to his supervisor, review the technician's notes and call us back to discuss the next steps. NEVER HAPPENED. I called several times on Friday and Saturday and left messages for him. Crickets. It is now four days later and we are still waiting for someone to call us back to schedule. We are sparingly using our AC and placing towels underneath it.
    And finally, the coup de gras, also a first in 9 years, their customer survey arrived in our email disabled. Hence, our very first google review.

    Excellent service from Alain Hernandez…Serviced my 2 units and installed a new thermostat…He had a new thermostat at my house within an hour and had to change the thermostat wiring.. He took the time to explain how the new thermostat can be adjusted to cooling or heating.. Being a Senior, I greatly appreciate Alain’s explanation.. He is an excellent technician and a great person…
