Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning

Our AC wasn't cooling we called at 9pm the night before and they had an AC person show up at 9am the next day. William Loreno was an amazing tech super professional/curtious amd he was on time. He got our a/c working quickly and knew what he was talking about, he definitely is a great tech and will request him for any future a/c needs.

William and Romero did an excellent job maintaining my AC. They explained all the steps of what they were doing, took the time to explain other services the company provided and helped with other repairs. I am so very appreciative. I feel that they truly cared about me and my home and went above and beyond to show it. True customer service. Thanks a million!

Gustav and Frank was very professional, knowledgeable about what I needed done, very polite. Very good service. Frank advise me of a risk of fire from dryer.

Got an AC from here and getting the unlimited maintenance is great . All the technicians have been great . Most recently Will was super helpful in explaining how to change the filter and the maintenance program .

Highly recommend. Jorge immediately diagnosed the issue, but the part was not available. So he was able to fix the issue with a temporary solution so we will not be without a/c. William installed the part once it arrived. William showed absolute professionalism and attentiveness. All repaired. Thank you again Service Experts.

I had excellent service today first time having service experts come and Ernesto Cardenal did a great job and answered all my questions! I recommend 100 % and came so punctual my window was from 11-2 came 10 mins past 11 very happy over all

3 stars only because the technician who came, Sergio, was very nice and knowledgeable. Made an appointment for service between 9-11am (I called before 8am) as my a/c stopped working entirely. I had to call several times for updates only for none to be provided, the girl I spoke to stated she could not provide me with an updated service time and that it could be at anytime. The technician did not arrive until nearly 3pm.

First time using this company and the last. If an appointment time is given to a customer it should be honored or at the very least an update provided to them without them chasing for one. I was still charged the service fee of $99 even though they were several hours late.
