I had the pleasure of a service / maintenance call carried out by Mr. Daniel Giha and your Service technician # 485 Mr. Jorge Abreut at my home. In a word they are superb.

It was a pleasure speaking with Mr. Giha and he was very well informed with a depth of product knowledge.

Mr. Abreut is an absolute master technician and his knowledge and expertise is a tremendous resource for service experts.

Together Mr. Giha and Mr. Abreut are - on a scale of 0- to 10 - are a solid 20 right off the scale!

They represent dependability, reliability and expertise that is now a rarity in todays commercial services arena. I can tell you that watching them work was the best indication of the thoroughness and level of attention to detail that they represent for consumers like me. Its why I am a service experts customer for life.

I wish to thank Mr. Giha and Mr. Abreut for the dedications and attention to detail they demonstrated today and further wish to congratulate you Mr. Selmer for assembling such excellent people to make such a winning team. Ultimately we - your customers - are the winners.

Mr. Li's knowledge, experience and good manners are remarkable. He came to my house, late in the night, and solved a Unit issue that was giving me a very hard time. He fixed Ticket # 75072 quickly, effectively, trouble free. I strongly recommend Mr. Li.

We need a service experts to send out a tech. Li #63803 came out and looked into the problem he went up and beyond didn't leave until it was fixed then explained the problem. That was very reassuring. He was very professional.

Just had my maintenance visit, what can I say. With there attention to detail it went very good. What I noticed is the tech doesn’t try to sell me additional stuff. Li #66995 as always he was informative and professional.

This company is the best! Jesus and Humberto did an amazing job. They have been very patient with the processing with the rules and regulations of the building where I rent out at. It feels a lot colder inside the apartment and I'm loving it. I trust this company 100% they are the best. I highly recommend this company they have the best service experts.

We have been clients of Service Experts for many years. Which has included complete A/C unit installation, services and maintenance and on occasions emergency breakdowns. We have always been fully satisfied with the service. Among other techs, Humberto Tech no. 344 have been to our house two or three times. He exceptionally well mannered and knowledgeable, providing explanation what the he has diagnosed and what it takes to fix it and the cost. Always providing good suggestion. We have bought maintenance plus on his suggestion.

Service Experts is easy & pleasant to do business with. They are always prompt and attentive. Ernesto is very courteous and offers helpful explanation of the work that needs to be done. The maintenance agreement is a good deal.

Sergio Cabrera serviced our AC, he diagnosed the issue that another company did not find, he was ultra professional and Service Experts got him there within an hour! We are super pleased! Service Experts has a new customer, thank you!

The service technician, Li (#62402) was excellent. In addition to locating and solving the problem with our new A/C unit, which was recently installed, Li inspected the inside unit and found an additional part that wasn’t working. Installation of the unit was completed by 3 other service tech. Li explained everything to us and was kind and patient. Ask for Li for best service!!

Today (01/06/2020), our still new A/C unit
wasn’t working in the “heat mode.” It’s been chilly out these last couple of days and was just as cold inside our house. I set the thermostat to heat to take the chill out. No heat....only cold hair blew from the vents making it even colder inside. We wore our jackets and socks and I called Service Experts. Not long after the call, the service tech arrived after calling... and it was Li (#66748). I was so happy it was Li because he has the expertise, is very personable with a smile on his face, and a “no worries, I’m here to fix the problem.” Li takes the time to solve the problem and fixes it. I never have any doubts that Li will get the job done. Now we have heat, thanks to Li’s perseverance and expertise!! He clearly explains what needed to be done and was patient clarifying it again. Li made sure we understood and all questions were answered. Li is the perfect service technician - expert and personable!! For future maintenance and service calls, I’m requesting that Service Experts send Li to us!! Thank you, Li!!

Technician Li is as good as it gets. I had a maintenance call today (#63203) and as always, Li does a thorough inspection and maintenance of my unit. He answers all of my questions and is very courteous. I’ve been using this company for close to 20 years and in my opinion, Li is the best Service Technician they have.
