Assigned new tech Jorge Abreut (Tech# 485) - he was punctual, professional, knowledgeable and attentive. Jorge Serviced my two handlers top notch. Glad he was assigned as my tech. You dont get this type of service anymore. Its rare. Specially in Miami. Will always ask for Jorge from now on!!! 👍

Absolutely Predatory company.
They are interested in selling maintenance contracts and new products only.
For one repair three different people tried to sell me the maintenance contract -- WITHOUT BEING ABLE TO SUCCESSFULLY REPAIR A/C.
On second call, repairman showed up with salesman. No interest in repairing clearly.

William & Jay were amazing. They knew there systems and were super nice and professional. It was 90 degree day and they had my ac up in running in no time.

Serviceman Lazaro (tech #490) responded to ticket #322026 and really did an excellent job. He was Kind and very helpful! Took time to show me a preventative measure to ensure my A/C unit runs more efficiently and cools my house quicker. Had a tech on site earlier in the day could not be bothered and is why I needed t

Jorge did a great job in cleaning out the condensation line which was clogged. He showed me what was wrong with my AC system and gave me pointers on how to avoid it from happening again. He also did a complete tune up of the system inside and outside. Very fair price for the service offered. I will be using them from now on whenever I need my AC system maintained or repaired.

The technician that came out for the maintenance on my A/C unit (Li #66711) was great. Patient and took the time to explain things thoroughly. Very courteous and efficient and though the appointment was late in the day, he made sure everything was functioning correctly & answer all my questions before heading out. Very appreciative for the great service received.

Although I was extremely disappointed to be without service for almost 12 days because of a delay in installing my replacement part, I was very pleased with my technician, Ruben Escalona (#456). He paid three visits to my house ( Saturday night, the next morning and days later for the installation) and was always prompt, pleasant and knowledgeable. As a Service Experts customer for more than 30 years, I was grateful for his skill and persistence.

So, these guys are funny. I'm not sure how they have a 5 star rating. I normally don't write reviews (good/bad), but I think this time it's important. The technician was a nice guy. Obviously doing his job... but the company itself has a pushy business model which is annoying. All I needed was for them to check that my HVAC was running efficiently. What I got was a technician trying to push a $1,300 "solution invoice" on me instead of just tightening a screw. There's a lot of HVAC competition in S. Florida, but obviously these guys forgot it's all about value, not let's make as much as we can off unnecessary work.

Thanks to the professional service I received from representative Juan Villa and installers Ricardo and Ruben....I received an excellent installation within one day! I couldn't believe the expert service I received. They really made me feel as if I was their only customer! The service is quick and so efficient. I have two neighbors who passed by and saw the work as it was being done, and they were so impressed....that now they too plan to sign up for the same service I received.
