    They made an appointment and never showed up until I kept on insisting. Finally over the phone they gave me a quote that was ridiculous and was not even helpful. If you want to pay top dollar and mediocre service then this company is good for you. Otherwise, keep looking around for a company with good service that keeps their appointments and has good prices.

    I hired this company on 08/27/2022, They arrived with both a sales agent and a technician. Bad sign to start and should have been more suspicious. I trusted the reviews which was another mistake. The technician while the sales agent started his pitch, went on with toying with my air handler. I admittedly was distracted with the sales pitch so I did not watch as carefully as I should of what was being done. I saw him spraying my coil and drip pan with a subsistence and figured this was normal. They finished more or less without really any changes. The sales guy seemed like he gave up when he realized I was not going to just buy a new unit on the spot.

    The following day I noticed a white residue on my drip pan. I figured it was something from what the technician sprayed but didn't think much of it yet.
    Two days after my AC stops blowing cold air. I was concerned. I called a coworker who has family that works on AC and hired their company. Which was more expensive and the reason I turned to Service Experts to begin with. Mistake.
    He examines the unit and immediately points out the white residue. He shows me the coil where the residue is also present. He informs me that Service Expects sprayed a corrosive agent on the aluminum of my coil and air handler. Which of course corroded the metal. Also he then went and checked the pressure of the freeon which he said was dangerously high, he needed to release some. This is 2 days following when Service Experts supposedly checked all of these things. I am still at a loss for what they actually did here. The optics of bringing a sales agent and simultaneously having a technician damage my unit are not good. I am not going to go as far as accusing them of intentionally doing this but after discussing what was damaged on my unit with several HVAC specialist and how it transpired they are suggesting the only way a technician wouldn't have known the damage that spray would have caused is if they were immensely inexperienced. Needless to say, this is NOT a company I would suggest ever hiring. I almost feel they should be liable for the damage they either unknowingly or knowingly caused.

    VERY EXPENSIVE!!! I called them on Sunday for AC repair just to replace the capacitor that supposed to be on warranty ( as confirmed by the manufacturer Rheem) the technician came as per schedule change the capacitor 2 minutes service and charged me USD 395.00 for the service and gave me the receipt description 55/5CAP $366 + visit $ 29 ( was $99 but when you do the service they give you a “discount” of $70). Next day (Monday) I called the manufacturer to ask if it the capacitor was covered by warranty they said yes I just supposed to pay labor. So I called Service Experts customer service and asked why they charged me for the capacitor if it was on warranty and they said then that $ 395.00 charged was for the labor + visit + diagnostic (totally different from the receipt they gave me on the day of the service, that only mentioned the Capacitor $366.00 + $ 29.00 visit). So I asked for a itemized receipt and they gave me a new one manually made saying the $395.00 was for labor breaking dow this way: Labor $ 267.00 + diagnostic $ 99.00 + Visit $29.00), looks like they made up amounts to get to 395.00. Very expensive if they really charge that much for labor that any other would have charged between $80 and $120.00. Very disappointed I feel like they were no transparent with their charges. Seems like they ended up charging me for the part that is covered by warranty. I WILL NOT USE THEIR SERVICE AGAIN!!

    Called for an appt for my AC and was told they would be out later in the day - awesome! But then they never showed. Called back multiple times and was told “I was next”. Finally was told that dispatch was going to contact the tech and then the tech would contact me. Never received a call. I finally called them again at 9:53 at night and still being told they’ll contact me. If you can’t make it just say so, don’t lie and prevent me from calling someone else to come out - just be honest. If your AC isn’t working I’d strongly suggest calling someone who does what they say they will. So disappointing

    My A/C was freezing up and I wanted to find a company that you can count on when you have an emergency. I went on line and I found Service Expert. I saw their review and I decided to call but instead I made an appointment online. I made the appointment for next day from 8 to 10 am. They were on time and super nice. A technician Li and the sale consultant Jacques both were super professional and patient and explained everything. I felt very comfortable with them. They spend time with me without rushing me. I will recommend them to my friends and family. I will continue with Service Expert for my services and maintenance.
    I decided to buy the unit and the installers Ricardo and his assistant last name Valdes were on time even came before the time and they were super nice and professional. They did a great job installing the units. I am very satisfied.
