Frank is a very rude employee. We were looking for a part which took all of 5 minutes to find and when I said I didn’t want to spend $27, he laughed in my face and began to mock me. I told him he was being disrespectful and he began laughing harder and walked away. He clearly was upset that he had to work for an extra 5 minutes and we didn’t buy anything. Extremely disrespectful and rude, Grainger should train their staff that they are EMPLOYEES representing their company and meant to help the customer. No one is forcing them to work in customer service. The other attendant next to him was visibly frustrated, upset, and also mocking another person who had a hard time speaking English to find a hose piece. This location is always a rude experience and from other reviews requires a fresh rehire of all employees.
