What a great service. Undivided attention I received from Frank. Been with the company for many years he said. He is the epitome of an employee who believed is superb customer service and eats drinks and sleeps the philosophy of the company. Told me a short but amazing story of how his father served in the military and used to buy stuff from Grainger as a mechanic and remembers the days when the catalog used to be thin. Now it is 1.200.000 items strong. When you get to this store ask for Frank. This guy truly made my day and made it feel like I just met my new best friend.

They can get you pretty much anything you need. Their prices are not really competitive but average. Their customer assistance at their Doral location is horrible. The staff treats you like they are doing you a favor and they seem miserable, like if they are forced to work there.

The waiting time is frustrating!
I've been there more than once, everytime I see people leave before they are assisted.
Even if theres only 1 customer you have the next number and they take forever!!!
Employees are always talking to each other or dissapere for what it seems an eternity if you go for something you need at work.
I would rather pay for shipping and handling.

Ordered at the store, never received a confirmation email. Parts arrived, never received an email or a call. When calling the store to ask about the order it goes to their main line not the branch. They can't call the branch to make sure parts are there, they can only email. We can't call the branch, only their main. I don't know how they're still in business.

I have been a Grainger Coustumer for 10 years and I have nothing but great things to say about all of the employees that has taken care of me through out my years as a Coustumer.. You should be very proud of your employees which are so attentive and always have a great attitude.. I rate them all with a five star but they diserve even more . I want to recognize that for more than 5 years that I have been purchasing on behalf of my company in Grainger I have always received special attention from all the Staff as the help received in the search for solutions to the problems of parts that we are looking for to maintain our factory in production.
I can emphasize that the staff with whom we have had the most contact and the best customer care have been Frank, Jose Garcia, Michel, Jose Padilla, Richard, and others who are no longer in the Doral store. We also highlight the attention and consideration towards our company by Alfredo Arguelles.
I can really recognize that the attention is special as if it were family and the phrase they mention a lot on radio is fulfilled "For the one who get it done"
