I received my part but my credit card was compromised using their site. FedEx driver said he had to scan my ID for delivery not sure if it was true or not and who is responsible.

Buying a high ticket item on line is a bit frightening. After purchasing my complete Goodman furnace and air conditioning system, I was more than nervous due to reading some less than complimentary reviews for this supplier. I have to report that so far I have nothing but praise for this company.
I called the company several times prior to making my purchase and also several times while I was waiting for delivery. Each time I spoke to the sales department and they were extremely helpful.
I ordered the system on January 30, 2021 and received it today, February 15, 2021 via FedEx ground who were also wonderful. So that is a 16 day turn around from Florida to Pittsburgh; not too shabby for such a big ticket item especially during COVID and also extreme weather in our area. I am very pleased.
All items were well packed inside boxes except the furnace which had a more open style packaging, but still packaged.
They had a good price and also offered financing with Bread.
So unless any of these items turn out to be a dud, this is a very happy ending. The company fulfilled the order in good time exactly as ordered.
As I have previously stated, I had read many reviews and some were very bad, which had me flagged. However, I can only speak from my personal experience which has been totally excellent. They were responsive in every way and I received exactly what I ordered. I would not hesitate to order from this company again.

Complete scam of a business. I ordered an AC/Heater wall unit that was listed "In Stock" and had not recieved in in over a month. Many emails and phone calls hade gone unanswered. Finally recieved a call from Yosbany Santos (employee #518) and they advised they were unsure why I hadn't recieved the unit. They "called" the manufacturer while I was on hold and said they were advised of a delay and it would be 2 more months until delivery. They said they were not aware there would be delays. I asked to speak to Yosbany's manager and he advised that higher managers "do not speak to customers" He stated his managers name is Marvin. Yosbany was unable to provide any explanation as to why an item listed as "in stock" was not actually in stock. The only resolution offered was to cancel the order or wait 2 more months for the item. Bad company, terrible customer service... Buyer beware!

Daikin 2 zone Mini Split, 2 indoor floor units and 3 line sets shipped in a timely manner. Good communication.
Everything arrived on a pallet with no visible signs of damage.

Absolutely terrible experience...
I purchased a $1000 unit. Shipping was prompt, units arrived in two packages, one day apart (not their fault). I ordered an $80 installation kit, which was never included (of course, this was a Friday). I called on Monday, talked to someone, said someone from their company would get it touch. Never did. Called again Tuesday, voicemail. Emailed Tuesday. No response. Call again Wednesday, voicemail. Emailed again, two different email addresses. Nothing. Tried their Facebook page. Nothing. Ended up filing a chargeback with my credit card company for the $80. Total BS. Just tell me you don't have the part, refund my money, it would have saved me a week. Now I have to buy the kit from someone else and delay my installation even more.
Will never buy from you again, and will let everyone know your customer service sucks.

We ordered a split unit from this company, largely because it said that the unit we were ordering was IN STOCK and SHIPS IN 24-72 HOURS. It's ten days later and I have just been told that 'It should ship later this week or early next week'. Just a blatant lie on the website. The customer service people are friendly enough, but state that they know very well that they 'try to ship in 7-10 business days' as a policy, further illustrating that the timeframe is just a blatant lie in black and white, all over their website. I havn't even got the product yet, to review that. I just have six employees dripping sweat here, that I have to let go early the last two weeks and probably this following one, because I made an uninformed choice based on a lie on this website. Very unimpressed. Be informed, find another vendor, and probably contact them to check their actual availability.

Recently purchased a Daikin Mini Split system. A few hiccups with the order but Yosbany, Rene and the rest of the team were fabulous at quickly getting everything perfect in time for the installation. I would highly recommend working with this company. Their customer service is outstanding! I've had the system up and running for a couple weeks now and everything is running great! 5 star company!
