DO NOT BELIEVE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS- Most of them are paid! The real truth are the ones that say its been over a month and still no item or response from this company! Some people have had there credit cards cancel the charge- or challenge them. Were still waiting- $,2000 later and over a month.... DO NOT BUY FROM THESEEEE PEOPLE!

I have not receiving the ac unit before i place the order i was toll they have 3 in stock a week went by when i made a call then they say those been ordered and that will take a few week they didn't know when it will be for delivery for sure. Very Disappointment.

Horrible customer service and warranty!!! I bought a split unit less than 6 month ago and now there is no hot air!! I called more than 10 times and the customer service transfer me to warranty and the warranty people never answer...I left them more than 10 voicemails and still no response back...I already spend so much money getting people to fix it and still didnt work...I have warranty put those people dont want to do anything about it...Worse experience ever!!!

Emailed them about a price match and still have not heard from them. They take entirely to long to answer your email and I understand with the issues we have today but a week or more to reply. really?

This is my 3rd purchase first 2 excellent 3rd one quit after 10 days and no help out AC tech cant get any help or tech support 900$ out the window give called numerous times only to get thing up on or told too busy they'll call back and never do this is week 3 trying to get this unit fixed

Buy the A/C unit they said its in stock and ships in 24 to 72hours its now almost 3 weeks and have not shipped out yet! They not truth full and dont think i will buy again from them.

Do not buy from this company they will send you a unit that does not work then do not return your calls and will not give your money back. I have to take them to small claims court just to get my money back.
