DO NOT Purchase here from this site!! Putting my order #6049 on here so they can't try to say i didn't purchase in their reply. Also will post emails confirming i bought from the if needed! The Product looked fine when it came in, had an HVAC Certified Tech install the unit, then it did not work with only the "operation light" coming on and blinking twice. They referred me to Tech Support and tried calling at least 35 times with my technician present and also emailed them with NO repsonse! After calling many times as mentioned, finally got Tech support and they were not helpful at all, and actually had NO idea why it was doing that and could not help at all! Went back to the company and they tried to only give me a return with 30% restocking fee an of course tried to reip me a new one with $486 in shipping charges! Wow, what a sham! Ended up disputing the charge on my credit card and will see how that goes even though their website says NO HASSLE returns....lol....right...you mean no hassle for them! they end up refunding couple hundred dollars for nothing. TERRIBLE product and TERRIBLE people to deal with! No customer service skills at all, not worried about anyone after the sale obviously since i'm in Virginia and they are in Florida!

My experience was horrible. Do not order from Heat And Cool. I ordered on July 13th and its July 25th and no one can tell me why my order still hasn't shipped! Unacceptable! I have had time to order from another company, install my new AC system and still haven't heard from Heat And Cool. BEWARE.

They accidently sent me the wrong AC unit but was very willing and respnsive to the replacement. I was told the unit that I ordered would talke up to 6 weeks to receive but somehow they not only found one quickly but sent it to me in record time. I truly appreciate their service.

I ordered 3 units, I ask for 2 upgrades to one of them. I was billed for the upgrades, but did not receive them. My invoice shows that I paid for the upgrades, but the packing lists show they were not put in the box. They pretty much called me a liar on the phone and said that I had to provide pictures of the products that arrived. I did that and now I have not heard from them. I do not think I ever will. I needed a 4th unit which I bought a Senville instead of a Klimaire. I wish they would have all been Senville units. I think it is sad that people and companies have to make a killing instead of a sale. They can keep the $80 or so, I will not be buying from them again. I am a contractor and will be installing many more mini splits over the next few years.
And besides Senville was rated higher in the reviews than Klimair.

This is my third time purchasing from Heat and Cool over the last four years. The product is performing flawlessly, the customer service is excellent too, technical support is always available and willing to help with any concerns. I will be purchasing a mini split unit next year for my garage. A++

Wow 😲 Unreal Customer service, Heat and Cool.com did an Amazing Job to say the least. I needed a full system, 3 Ton split, with txv valve, and 50' of insulated 3/8"×7/8" line set. I looked on the Heat and Cool web site for an Hour checking the Evaporative coil, and Furnace dimensions. The Coil specs did not add up, I talked to Yosbany. I have 10 years Pro HVAC Experience, and Yosbany offered the best customer service live on the phone, while my Rottweiler was Barking at the mail man. Yosbany answered all my questions, and speced out the Evap coil and Furnace with 2 call backs to confirm in stock availability, even gaining access to a three story warehouse perch to confirm the Evap coil. Yosbany took the time to call me back and Triple check it all. We bought the system. Thanks Heat and Cool.com, Thanks Yosbany.

The "Five Star Rating" is only for your Customer Service Representatives that I had the Pleasure to deal with!! They were all AWESOME!!!! I don't know who controls your shipping department, but it is a frustrating department to deal with. I don't have enough room to let you know all the problems I ran into.

They sent me a used thermostat with no packaging around it. It looked like it was dug up out of the ground. They manual for it had burn marks all over it. I don't know if it works yet, because I haven't installed it yet.

Horrible! Never buy from them. Unit was broken and all I got was a run around. 5 months later and a summer without AC I was finally FORCED to repurchase the unit that was broken in order for the entire system to work. I was told multiple times that a replacement would be sent but it never was. I was lied to over and over. Worst customer service ever.
