Julio refuses to replace brand new air handler, because we didn't take the actual cover off the air handler and inspect inside of it with fed ex still here.. there was no shipping damage, all internal. Julio and the company are crooks. The handler is brand new and beyond repair and they wanna charge us shipping fees and restock fees when all we did is purchase it form these low life crooks

They will not answer your calls or emails they will make you dispute charges with ur credit card company because your not gonna get what you paid for Please don't us this company they are scammers

Awful to get in contact with i am having to report them to my credit card as fraud to cancel an order that they wont answer phones to get and update or confirmation on anything. No tech support, no customer service. Nothing!!!!! They are always “unavailable”.

The customer service was horrible, James Norman was very rude and inconsiderate on the phone. He was not able to help me with the issue I was having so I actually had to call the manufacturer and get the answers I was looking for. I would not recommend buying products from this company because if you have any problems you might be treated poorly and not get your answers.

IF YOU SEE KLIMAIRE ON ANY WEBSITE PLEASE RUN AND SEARCH FOR A DIFFERENT SYSTEM. DURING THIS SUMMER I HAVE CALLED HEAT & COOL 3 TIMES FOR PARTS AND STILL WAITING, GOING ON 3 WEEKS AND STILL NO RESPONSE WITH PRICE AND AVAILABILITY, AT THIS TIME I'M DONE WITH HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WITH KLIMAIRE MINI SPLIT SYSTEM. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR, IF YOU NEED A MINI SPLIT SYSTEM GO TO YOUR LOCAL AIR CONDITIONER SUPPLIER, IF SYSTEM BREAKS YOUR LOCAL SUPPLIER WILL HAVE ACCESS TO PARTS IN MUST CASES THE SAME DAY, NO MORE WAITING FOR PARTS TO BE SHIPPED FROM KLIMAIRE MIAMI.

Purchased a fan unit with CC . Item was not received, no response from their "customer service" no reply to me email, CC was charged.Reported them to the credit company and will file a police report.

My unit works great. I had some confusion over what parts I needed to make it wifi ready and the customer support I received was very helpful.
