My air handler electric motor failed. Company responded same day, Tech Jorge did accurate analysis and went out of his way on rainy day to obtain the part and complete repair same day. System working well since repair completed. I am elderly with medical issues and have my Hurricane shutters up so I had anxiety that I could not get a fast good repair. Far exceeded my expectations. Good Job!

First of all....this is my first review EVER, but this company is soo unprofessional that I got to voice my opinion. Now...I bought and installed 2 A/C units (Lenox ($$$$)) from this company awhile back. They were highly recommended by this company, but BOTH units have give me problem almost every 6 months/yearly with normal maintenance calls. I pay for the Premium Warranty Plan every year, but i get horrible service. For example....I would call in about an issue and a rep will answer and give me a specific time to be available/home. I would make arrangements with my JOB to be there and no one shows up!!!! nor do anyone call you to let you know there is a problem. Today I was told to be available between 10 am - 1pm no one showed up nor did anyone call. At 4pm I called a rep and they said that my part came in defective and I was rescheduled for an appointment three days from NOW!!! I missed a whole days work and was not informed of anything!!! and this was not the first time this has happened. Really Really unprofessional:(

Once again, Li has provided timely, efficient, and knowledgeable service. We're always glad to know he's been assigned to our service call - this time, July 2019. Prior review: We've been with Service Experts for many years. In our experience the company has very good technicians, whether the job is installation or routine maintenance. Li, one of the technicians, has been here several times and is especially good in his professionalism, knowledge, and ability to explain and to answer questions. All of them have been good, but we look forward to Li being the one dispatched for our work.

I’ve actually never left a review before but this left me a little heated. I came home and my AC was not working I found these guys online and made the call. Nice Woman on the phone said 30 dollars to be seen today because I found them through google. Not only did the guy try to charge me 100 when he left but he went outside for maybe two minutes came back in and told me my A/C was not repairable. I was told the unit was too old and they don’t make any parts for it to be repaired anymore and I needed a new one, the guy instantly became pushy with a pamphlet to use their services and do their payment plans and what not. He wasn’t even outside for a full ten minutes before he came in and told me I just needed a new one.
I called someone else who came out the next day not only fixed my A/C but personally told me to call and speak to someone about who came out to my house because they should be ashamed of themselves. What he claimed was wrong wasn’t even the problem and then Wanting me to pay 170 dollars for 117 months, for something I didn’t need. I don’t know if he saw some young homeowner and thought I was just dumb or naïve but I got the whole vibe that it’s more about naming money then helping someone.

I have used them for years. Always timely, professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. New Years Eve they sent someone out for a problem. My technician that night- Li- had been to my place on previous occasions. He was so polite, calm and not rushing even though it was New Years Eve at 6 pm. He explained what he planned to do, and how much time it would take before he started to make sure it did not interfere with my own plans or schedule. Li was fantastic. The company has had consistent group of technicians and stability which shows- as many of them I know and know me (and my dogs)! Great company easy and fair to deal with that has great people.

Li (#66699)came out today to do my yearly maintenance and did a great job. He took time to explain the process and what I can do to improve performance and save money. He was very professional and informative. Jan.20, 2020

came same day that l called and heard a strange noise. He checked out the AC system and didn't hear the sound because it was not happening when he got here. But he checked and adjusted the pressure and was very thorough. The maintenance is scheduled for next week but he came anyway just to check the problem. I appreciate the maintenance and service and Li.

Today Li came for regular maintenance. As usual he took time to do a thorough job. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy in his work.
