Our experience with Cool Now started yesterday July 1, 2014 and we were very impressed with the Technician that came to our home. His name is Justin Garcia and he was very knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had. He spent time with us explaining the different A/C units and helped us make a decision. I believe Justin works some very long (hot) days, but he never gave the impression he was in a hurry and or tried to rush us. By the time he got here we were pretty frustrated, but we felt confident with his answers and suggestions. Today July 2, 2014 we have a new air conditioner and are enjoying the cool. The two young men that installed the unit today were very professional and also answered any questions we had. I would definitely recommend this Company to my family and friends. Thank you Justin, and the two installers that were here. I know they gave us their names, but unfortunately they slipped my mind..

I was ready to give up on AND services due to numerous difficulties I had with having technicians come to my house to provide maintenance on my air conditioner. This rating would have been very low had it not been for Willie. He came today and he did work on my air conditioner that no other technician has done in the two years that I had my unit installed. My rating is based solely on Willie and the services he provided. If you live in Polk County, request him...he is friendly and does a great job.

These guys were great. A/C unit died on Memorial day .they came out assessed the system found that the compressor was shot on a unit that was well over 10 years old. They were able to replace the unit successfully the same day. The workers were very polite and got the job done. I would definitely recommend this company.

Chris came to service my A/C today. He called ahead to let me know of his ETA and did in fact arrive within the designated time frame. He is exceptionally knowledgeable about the products and services provided. He was able to explain things in an easily understood format. He made sure I was happy with the service before leaving. I signed up for the maintenance contract and they came out for their inspection. Justin was great he made it seem easy to talk to and he took his time to make sure I understood what he was doing and what was going on. As I was by myself for the inspection, and being female he did not make me feel creeped out at all. I ended up working with him for a deal for a whole new system, two actually. He kept the lines of communication up with me for the whole process. He was even going to come back out on his off time to show my husband what was going on with our system and why it was in our best interest to replace. He never made me feel like I didn't have another choice. When the day of the installation came around Justin even came around to make sure I was comfortable with the process and made sure everything was going alright with the guys that were there. I have told both of my neighbors about the process and told them to give them a call. We also have a new family moving in across the street. Don't worry I have already put a card on their door! :) Thank you COOL NOW!!!!!

Called at 7:30am to have a technician come out right away as I had a sick wife and kid at the house with no AC. I was told I would receive a call from the tech when he was on his way sometime between 9:00 and 11:00 but "I'm sure we can get someone out there even sooner". Fine...awesome...well 11:30 rolls around and we still heard nothing so I called again to find out what the hold up was. She put me on hold to dispatch the tech and she returned to the line stating the tech was gonna call me immediately after I hung up. Another half hour goes by with still no call. I call for the third time with a bit more of an attitude and they again put me on hold to contact the tech who then calls me on the other line while I'm still on hold. Seemed like a nice enough guy but says he can't get out to me for another hour and a half. I told him I had to call around to see if I could get anyone else sooner but asked for him to call me on his way out just in case I couldn't. He agreed to do so yet I never heard from him again. Luckily I did find another company that came out within a half hour of calling.

Although it's appreciated, there's more to customer service than being nice over the phone. I understand you want my business but if you don't have time to get to me, just be honest so I can move on to the next company that has the resources to. No hard feelings. A simple phone call from your end would have made this much more of a pleasant interaction.

RANDY has been my Cool Now heat pump technician for 3 years. He is efficient, reliable and personable. He keeps me updated as to when he will arrive for my appointment time. I purchased a new Goodman heat pump about 5 years ago from another Polk County HVAC company and had nothing but trouble with the new unit. I finally contacted Cool Now to trouble shoot my issues. The technicians showed me how the unit had been improperly installed and even had some safety issues. My Goodman was quickly repaired and has worked perfectly since. Thanks to Randy and the Cool Now team.

Where do I start? i used this company 3 years ago to install new AC, air handler along with new tankless water heater. Of course, just like any company the initial installation was great. Of course, i havent paid them yet. Im a pretty loyal person when I use someone. They know my system and dont like changing. I am not a person that complaints to get free work or things cheaper. I like quality and consistency. But I think i have had enough. From constant no call and no shows (mind you i spent $17000 redoing things i need to get do), to rudeness. I have no idea how they price things but from being charged for things they installed and broke. I am not one to comment on things but had to on this one. Supervisors are rude which I wont name names. There was one supervisor that did make it right but after two service calls (which they were late). This last one did it. I called to service my tankless water heater. My appointment was scheduled and never showed up. The appt was for Feb 5, 2021. keep menaing to call. I am a very busy person. so i was called today to confirm my appt for the AC service and i asked why someone didnt show up to service my Tankless. the lady said well we dont service them. i tried to explain to her they do. they installed it and serviced it before. She insisted no. i asked to let me talk to a supervisor. she cam back and stated they did. Which i told her that was i was trying to tell her. at this point i wanted to talk to supervisor cause i wanted answers why no call no show. He stated (Malcolm, yes i named someone cause he was very rude) well she is new. im sorry but im a consumer and if they dont train their people who schedule appts right then why take the appt to begin with. At this point he started saying well what do you all want us to do, what is wrong with your Tankless? i told him nothing just need the yearly service. and stayed quiet and stated well did you book the apptointment. at this point im losing it. I didnt yell or raise my voice (which i really wanted to) but i didnt. i stated to him i guess you all dont want my business and maybe i will search for someone new. he comment ok. just amazing the service and follow through. and the funny thing about it i guess they dont know nothing about word of mouth but i sent 4 other people to them for AC replacing which they know nothing about. i took alot of time out of my busy work day to write this to explain this to others my experience for the last 3 years. BEWARE!!!! Your choice who you use but my recommendation dont use these guys. thank you all for reading.

I had cool now out for service 6 months ago. Randy M. showed up and did a complete check up on my unit. He informed me with regular routine maintenance of my ac I could get quite a few more years. This is after my second check up and thorough cleaning its doing awesome. Thank you Cool Now for the customer service you have provided I definitely recommend Cool Now and ask for Randy.
