My husband bought a full unit 3 years ago and paid over 10k. It has broke down 3 times in the last 7 month. We had them out to look at it today and the said that the part we need would be $300 and the tech was surprised it lasted this long. He said they normally only last a year!! How can a company sell something and the part aren't even supposed to last a year!!! Never again would I ever use this company!!! Oh and let me mention that there response time is horrible also. They told u first that someone would be out from 4am-10am and at 10:01 we called and they said oh sorry we won't make till after 3pm-5. They didn't show till 645pm

I had my ac stop cooling today and called And Services. They sent Chris out fast to check it out. He said it was a quick fix and got us up and running fast. I appreciate everything he did for us. I will highly recommend this company and Chris to anyone who needs ac work.

A couple weeks ago AND Services contacted me about my service call that was due on the HVAC system they installed just over 6 months ago. They sent out their service guy John, heck of a nice guy, so prompt, texts you to let you know he’s on his way, professional, attention to detail was impressive, answered all my questions and gave me tips on how to keep the unit clean in between service calls. Overall, an excellent interaction with John and AND Services again!!

I have had good service before and had previously given 5 stars. Each time I have called for service I was told 1-2 hours and then usually it’s 6-9 hours before I get service. Each time they have an excuse and I accept it at face value. Today was the worst one yet. I called this morning and was told by the dispatcher that a tech was already in my city and I would be the next person. This was at 10:30am. I stayed home expecting service to be soon. At 3pm I called to follow up and was told 1-2 more hours (the same thing I had been told 4+ hours earlier.) Then at 5pm I get a call informing me the tech was never in my city, he has spent the whole day 2 counties over (I’m in Polk, he was in Pinellas) and that he wouldn’t be able to get to me today. He is supposed to come tomorrow. We shall see. I would not have minded knowing they wouldn’t be able to come until tomorrow but I shouldn’t have been strung along for 6+ hours.

Chris called ahead and came by promptly. He was professional and knowledgeable. He solved the problem with our AC swiftly and explained what was wrong. Great service!
