Everyone at AND did a great job for me! I had a new heat pump installed. They were very professional and caring. They listened to all of my concerns and their goal was to make me a happy customer. I really appreciate their great customer service and I am now enjoying a cool, comfortable home.

The office responded within 1/2 hour. They sent a tech to evaluate the situation the next day. Having discovered we needed a whole new system ( age was inaccurate at purchase of home) the tech got it to run temporarily without putting a heavy load on it. They worked to get us up and running at a fair and very competitive price. The next day a fantastic, professional, polite and efficient team replaced everything needed. They cleaned up after themselves and were all around great guys! I highly recommend them!

The technician Skylar was very professional efficient knowledgeable & patient when working with my elderly mother & her adult family. He quickly assessed the situation, gave us the facts & we moved forward in replacing her broken outdated toilet. Though the cost was higher than anticipated, I was happy that they were able to meet her needs & complete the job so efficiently. I would highly recommend Skylar & this company. Now my Mother has a new comfort toilet & can safely use her master restroom which had previously be unusable for at least a few years.

The technician was extremely knowledge-based. He was hard at work and solved many problems and provided recommendations for better operation. I cannot find fault it was an exceptional service. The scope of his knowledge was enlightening. I recommend this company and will call them again!

Justin was very nice polite. He knew the product explained everything to us. He’s a very good young man keep them in your company. He’s well worth it. If we have any work done with your company, we would like to have Justin do the work.

I want to praise your plumber Richard. What an amazing service you guys provide. I'm so happy to have such a quality plumber in or region. He was punctual and precise. He even came to give me an estimate on a terrible weather day with lots of rain that did not stop him. I would trust this company and specially Richard in all my current and future plumbing needs.

Our air conditioner had issues and the service man was here within an hour. We need a whole new air conditioner unit which will be installed tomorrow morning. They were to be here at 10am and didn’t show up until 12:30. It’s a feel like of 106 with no air. Someone should have let us know they were delayed. If I had to rate the service man who came yesterday I would rate him at a 15 out of 10! Very professional and knowledgeable!

John Guzman rocks. We called And Services with a main drain clog, John was here within an hour, he sent a camera through our system and clearly explained the solution with different options for our budget. He is so helpful with a great optimistic attitude! Thank you!

Kevin came out within 2 hours of our call. We had been without air conditioning for 2 weeks. He waived his magic screwdriver and our air conditioner “magically” started working! He has been great! He found that our a/c had been disabled when we had a previous company come out. He was more than fair and we appreciate his honesty. Thank you Kevin! You’re the MAN!
