I contacted them for a Solar water heater replacement. They provided a quote. They were very nice. I couldn't afford to pay the quoted amount. The person who gave the quote was informed of my financial situation and we went our separate ways.

We had them come out for a plumbing leak detection as we can hear the water running but can't find the leak. The guy they sent out did not do any type of leak detection at all, and just tried to sell us on repiping the entire house.

Junior was my rep from And Services. When he arrived to check out my AC unit he was professional, courteous and knowledgeable about the AC system unit. In addition to this he was able to answer every question I had. Thank your assistance.

I waited a little while to post this so I would cool down some prior to writing. I have built and remodeled homes and have been working with contractors basically my entire life. This little job was a total cluster F...k. It was a simple job. Each room ( 4 ) had a centered ceiling light box , i indicated i wanted to install my own fans and wanted the boxes replaced with the heavy metal ceiling fan boxes. The technician ( a nice guy ) however he did not even check the wiring to see if fans would work ( switch controlled - direct feeds etc. ) he gave me an astronomical price of 1,000.00 so wanting it done and correctly i agreed. So he just unscrewed the plastic boxes and installed the metal ones. Then as he was leaving i asked why aren't the recessed lights working now he said "ohhh those are tied to the center fan boxes " "Those ceiling fan boxes i just installed will not work for fans "
then gave me another price for 2,000.00 to fix it. MY FIRST THOUGHT WAS HOW MANY POOR FOLKS ARE THEY RIPPING OFF IN FLORIDA ? Luckily I found and honest electrician , the fans are up and working for a cost of 450.00

Brandon was our service repairman and he was knowledgeable of his job. He quickly took care of the door and was fast. We are very satisfied with his work and highly recommend him for any garage door work. Prices were comparable and even better then some other business.
