Got my heat unit in my HVAC unit and upgraded my breaker box to handle it - and even fixed my out of control thermostat. Found it was wired wrong!! Good going Zach and associate!!

December 22, 2022 The guy was scheduled to come out before this date and never showed up only called me once I called his company. He tried to convince my wife we needed a new motor on our ac for thousands of dollars and other things. We didn’t need none of what he said also he told us our system will break down and we will need him don’t call his company. He caused damage to our uv light then tried to sell us one for 2k. My wife called and services they sent out another guy who also proved the first guy was lying. Then we called a five star company who has a better business bureau rating in our opinion and they gave us all the documentation of what the guy did and filled our refrigerant back up because the first and services guy was questioned by my wife why was he taking it out. He said it had too much. There is much more that happened we have to file that other places by the way our home car has audio and video surveillance and we live near a station that has surveillance. We have talked to many people in this company with no resolve. My wife talked to the customer service guy and we both talked to the manager he passed us on too.
