Here I am editing again as I sit here with a broken unit. Again. August 2022. Answering center says the managers that can send technicians out have left for the day. Business advertises as being open 24 hours. That’s obviously a lie. Or only applies to customers that don’t have warranties.

Purchased a $15,000 unit in November 2021. It's now May 2022 and the unit is broken AGAIN.

We've had to have multiple service calls (I think this is the 4th time?) to fix this unit since installing. I was told last month that it was all finally fixed and that I wouldn't have to call until my next annual maintenance check.

I've lost thousands of dollars from taking time off work to wait around for technicians to fix my brand new system.

If I could give negative stars I would. At this point, I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and DBPR due to poor business practices and faulty equipment sales.

Excellent service. Jeff came out to help me with a power issue on my unit and was an superb professional.

And Services came out to help me after hours on a Friday night. They were quick to answer my call, dispatched Jeff immediately, and kept constant communication open with me. I got a call from And Services updating me on Jeff's arrival time, and Jeff called me to discuss the issue over the phone while he was en route.

Highly recommend this organization for you HVAC issues. I will use them again in the future, for sure.

The company installed a new A/C system, and they did a great job, we have been very happy. They also previously installed new ductwork and insulation. I had the need to use their "handyman" Mark, who was amazing. I cannot say enough about his professionalism, commitment to do the best job he could, explaining the rationale for why, and going above and beyond the call of duty. As a representative of the company he does an excellent job. I have been very happy with all dealings with this company, from the representative/technician who initially came out, and with all the office personnel who I spoke with along the way. Thank you very much. Would definitely recommend AND services.

My air conditioner went out overnight and it got up to 82 degrees in my home. So I called around And Services came out immediately and did not charge me just to come out like everyone else was doing. The technician was very nice and friendly. He repaired my home unit in 5 minutes and I only had half the amount due because I was waiting for my check and said he was not going to leave me with no AC. He took my card info and waited a couple days to take the amount due off my card and that gave me time to cash my check and pay the rest. This company made me feel like I was Family and trusted me to pay. I highly recommend everyone to call this company to repair all your needs. I can't thank them enough. I definitely will not go anywhere else for my home needs. Thank you And Services!! Your new customer for life!!

I’d give this business zero stars if the review mechanism allowed it.

Our air conditioner went out in high summer in mid-July and we have a contract with them. They installed the system. And when we called, they told us “tomorrow…maybe.” They advertise 24/7 emergency service. That is not so. We’re still waiting as I type this. It’s 90 degrees in the house right now, and I’m an asthmatic. I’m sick and getting sicker. They don’t care.

We tried to get a repairman out last night and we’re told no one was available. My husband took the day off from work the next day and waited all day. They told us 1pm, no one showed up. They told us 3pm, no one showed up. They told us 5pm, no one showed up. They told us 6pm, and no one showed up. They told us between ten and midnight, then called and hung up on us, we called them and they hung up on us after keeping us on hold ten minutes, then when we called back said it would be tomorrow. We wait, and we sweat, and I wheeze and can’t breathe in 90 degree unrelieved heat. I’m sixty years old. When we spent twelve thousand dollars on the install three years ago they were here fast enough. I wish we’d used anyone else other than them. Their service contract isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on.

Cool Now & AND Services - Absolute worst customer service, paid $10,000 for new system including ducting & have had over 20 plus service calls in a year & a half’s time. Problems with install, very poor craftsmanship. They are not prompt & do not show up when they say they will.
