My AC Unit was not working properly so I called Cool Now. They were able to work with the times that I worked and called within a 1 hour time slot to meet me at my house. The technician that came out was Joe D. He was very helpful and knowledgeable about my unit. He took the time to explain what he was doing and what was going wrong with the unit. The motor in my compressor went bad and he helped get the part replaced through my warranty within 5 minutes. He also gave me the option of having him replace it or for me to shop around. I appreciate when technicians do not use high pressure sales tactics. I was worried that I should also schedule a tune up, and because I went with his company to replace the part he cleaned the coils, drained the line and completed a lot of the tune up at no charge. I would highly recommend this company and this specific tech.

Their customer service is horrible, no one EVER calls back. I spent $20000 on a new air conditioner system in Jan 2019. This is the third time since it was installed they had to come fix something. And the second time I will be paying for parts.
I started called at 8.26 last night, no call back, was told about 2 hours, no one showed. called again about and hour later, same thing. called about about an hour later was told between 4am -10am the next day. no one showed. called again this morning, told between 11-12, called back 11.55 am, was told the rep would call be back, nothing. called again at 12.20, was told the technician had a family emergency, but they would get someone out by 4 pm. 4pm someone showed up, told us the blower motor was burnt out and it would be about $500, but they have to order the part. so now we no AC for at least the next day or so. AND I HAVE VIP SERVICE .

Run away, don't walk, run. If any one else services the unit. It voids what little warranty I do have. Don't make the same mistake I did. Call someone else

Cool Now will always have my business after tonight!
Brandon came out after a long day of being told I needed a new unit by a "family friend" who owns an ac company, searching for units and people to install them, and setting up appointments with multiple people.

Brandon fixed my AC saving me thousands of dollars at the moment. He made it clear that I would need a new unit eventually but mine wasn't completely shot.
He told me the many options that were or would be available to me and set me up with a maintenance program.

I'm beyond pleased with the service that was provided and look forward to working with Brandon from Cool Now again!

The technician, Chris, was awesome. He took the time and looked over our system and explain everything we needed to know on replacing the system. The customer service part was wonderful and knowledgeable. My husband and I are glad we called Cool Now.

Had few companies over last 3 years service as well as one of them installed my unit. None of them really ever earned our trust. I had an issue compressor wasn't working this morning I called Cool Now and they gave me a 3 hour window yet showed up in less than an hour. Randy replaced a capacitor explained everything in detail to me at unit we are Cool Now Amen. If you don't trust your company call Cool Now I'm impressed.

I highly recommend Cool Now for your Air Conditioner inspection and repairs. Chris was very friendly and helpful. Answered my questions and made recommendations to improve the operation of our AC unit. We purchased another year’s service contact and saved $ by signing up early. Great company and employees.

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. On Saturday evening I made a phone call at approximately 7 when I noticed my air wasn't working. I was reassured someone would be out in 2or 3 hours and would call when they were on their way. At 1015 I hadn't seen or heard from anyone so I called back to follow up. I was again reassured someone would call me right away but needless to say it's now Sunday morning and I have not seen or heard from anyone. I'm sure anyone reading this review that's been in my place can understand my frustration. Cool now really dropped the ball. I will happily give you a chance to earn a better rating but that would begin with someone actually showing up and providing me their services. I hope to hear from you soon.

Update- Cool now should be reported for price gouging. Their estimate way nearly $3k more than the other companies I shopped for a full unit replacement. The gentleman that came to my house tried to hard sell me and needless to say I did not fall for his tricks or gimmicks. This is a public service announcement people. DO YOUR DUE DILIGENCE because Cool Now and their prices are astronomical in comparison to other local companies that provide superior customer service! Trust me!

Brandon did a great job explaining to us what the issues were with our HVAC system and gave us several options to remedy them. We are first time home owners so the idea of service calls is new to us and it’s great to have a friendly, trustworthy person for our first call. We have found our A/C company and service professional!

Chris Thompson!! Best tech that I have had to come to my house ever!!! I had an appointment for between 12 and 2 time frame, Chris called me at 10:30 to see if he could come earlier which gave me my full day back.... 😉Very thorough, knowledgeable, friendly and took his time... you don't get that very often from company's employees anymore.... I would love to be able to have him do my maintenance every time... Thank you Chris you're awesome!!! Another employee that I have personally dealt with that is so wonderful is a head installer name is Alfredo loved him.... 😍

I was very impressed with how quickly Cool Now was able to get out to my house on a Sunday, no less. My AC had quit the night before amd when I called them in the morning Tyler was there less then two hours latter. He had the problem resolved and fully working in no time. Tyler was awesome and super informative on what he was doing. I will absolutly call them again if I have any future issues.
