Egberts cooling and heating

Yesterday afternoon I realized that it did not have A/C. I immediately did my google search and came across this company called Egberts. I contacted them and explained my situation and in just 30 minutes to 1 hour they were in front of my house. In those moments the weather did not help much since it was raining very hard with everything and that came super fast. The next day I already had all my new equipment installed and with my 10-year warranty.

Very prompt and professional service. Arrived on time, diagnosed the issue in minutes, and had my repair completed within an hour. They kept me apprised every step of the way. At some places Customer service seems to be a lost art nowadays. Not here!! These folks are professional, honest, and still value each and every customer. That's how I see it anyhow.. thanks for everything!! You have earned another loyal customer in me.

This company pleasantly surprised me. On short notice, they made a same appointment and arrived on time. The tech quickly assessed the problem and informed me how they would handle it. I knew that day what they were going to do and how much it was going to cost me. They scheduled an appointment for the next day and, again, another tech arrived on time to make the repair. They ensured the repair was done correctly and now my AC unit is operating correctly. Because of their professionalism, I will definitely be using this company again, should the need arise. I had an emergency A/C problem where it wasn’t cooling our hot Florida home. I called several big companies with thousands of reviews and all I got from them was long phone waiting times with automated machines saying to hold and I’d be transferred.. blah blah blah.
I gave up with them and called Egberts Cooling and heating. A REAL PERSON actually answered right away. I was sold already. They were able to work me into their schedule that same day. And within 1-2 hours, my house was already cooling again. Justin is our tech that came. He was very quick and very efficient. Their fee to come out and check the problem was also $30-$50 cheaper than the other quotes I got from the big companies. I’m saving Egberts cooling and heating on my phone and they are the only ones I’ll use from now on. 10/10 recommend.

The tech was very professional and knowledgeable. The crew that installed my new system was awesome! They were helpful and answered any questions I had. They arrived on time and finished in less than 5 hours! That is great service!

Steve and Shawn did a fantastic job installing my new ac unit. they were extremely respectful and went above and beyond to make sure I understood how everything works and that I was satisfied and comfortable with the entire process.

My technician Steve was great. I Was a little nervous that this company would try and over price any work needed . Well when Steven got there he was not just very professional and knowledgeable. But he was also very honest. Showed me that everything was working great. Explained what everything should be doing and reassured me that it was doing it. First, let me begin by saying Justin was an absolute awesome professional. I had an appointment between the times if 11am and 1pm, and he called earlier and asked if he could come immediately. When he arrived, great conversationalist and kept me involved of the process of fixing my unit. He was also able to confirm a military discount, so that is a big win to me as An Army Veteran. The service Justin and the company was fast, friendly and best of all affordable. I will definitely use them again and if I do I hope to get Justin as well. My AC was broken, on a Friday night of course, and I called Egberts on the recommendation of a family member . They were so responsive , from my initial call to the company ( very nice guy who took my call ) to the service tech they sent out . Steve the tech was super . He was very efficient, polite and answered all my questions. He showed me what the problem was and explained what needed to be fixed, and had it fixed right away. He also answered just basic questions I had about the unit and didn’t act rushed and in a hurry to go. I would most definitely use and recommend Egberts again .
