Egberts cooling provided a service technician within an hour. Thomas had the problem diagnosed within 15 minuted and replaced my defective thermostat quickly. Great service. I will definitely be s repeat customer.

Mark and Nate were very professional, did a great job making my AC up and running again. They wore booties inside the house even clean up after the job is over. I am a satisfied customer and will use them again. This is the company that you can trust for your air conditioning needs.

We just moved down from Jersey and had no idea who to contact when my AC unit wasn't working. I went online and saw that they had a 5 Star rating so checked out the reviews. 5 stars is not enough to rate these guys. Wish they had bonus stars on Google cause they deserve that and more. I called them and within an hour they were already at my home. Justin came out and checked out the unit and advised I may have a leak. It was late in the day so he promised someone would come out the next day to run a leak test. He was very professional, honest and knowledgeable.

The next day Stephen (Steve) came and got to work immediately checking out the system. He explained everything in detail and advised of the issue and cost to fix the issue. Once done, he didn't just get paid and leave, he took time to explain everything he did and gave valuable advise on how to maintain and keep system running efficiently. He answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the service and made sure all of our questions were answered.

Moving to a State where we don't know anyone it is comforting to know that there is a company that is honest and has integrity in what they do. I would recommend them to anyone who needs HVAC service. I signed up for their yearly service plan immediately and they have a customer for life. So the heck with Google's 5 star system I give them 10 Stars.

Thomas was awesome! Called when he was on his way, arrived ahead of schedule, took 20 minutes to diagnose and repair our unit. Explained everything, and offered some suggestions for prolonging the life of our fan and condenser. Egbert's has exceeded expectation, and is now our go-to for our HVAC needs.

Can't say enough about Egberts..20 plus year old unit died.. Called Sunday, immediate call back, set appointment for Monday. Complete new unit done by early Tuesday afternoon..Super friendly and just good people. Highly recommend. Our service guys were fantastic and went above and beyond.
