Egberts cooling and heating

Extremely unhonest... had one of their techs out while I was at work he told me my evap coil was bent up and needed to be replaced and it would cost 2800 and couldn't tell me what parts cost or labor rare was and I had a bad feeling about them. So I called someone else and they told me there was nothing wrong with my coil and no leaks. It was just covered in dirt. He cleaned it off and my system works fine now. Stay away from these people

Extremely happy! Justin came out and got me up and running within 20 minutes. Professional and reasonably priced. Thanks guys for coming out at night and getting the AC fixed!

We had called Egberts for an air conditioner problem; came out right away . Steve Egbert explained everything what was wrong and how to handle this problem. Put our minds as ease. Wonderful ! We will use them again!

I called on a Saturday thinking I could just set up an appointment for the following week to avoid weekend charges, to my surprise they don’t have a Saturday overtime charge and had a tech available. Thomas showed up within a couple hours. Our fan miter was running louder than normal. Not broken yet but on the way out. The company was able to work with my schedule and showed up on time to replace the part hopefully preventing a future problem.

Thomas and Justin with Egbert's came over my house late afternoon to diagnose the upstairs AC . They replaced the thermostat and checked the refrigerant level. They have done the job promptly and efficiently. The AC unit is working and running in a very good condition. The two gentlemen were courteous, friendly and professional. I highly recommend the company and definitely Justin and Thomas.

I called for service and they took the call within seconds and immediately put us on schedule. The tech came before time and checked the whole unit. Excellent customer care and outstanding service.

I chose this Company from the Internet, because the company we have always been using just tell me they will call me later and never did. We wanted the service immediately because our AC was not cooling. When I called Egberts Cooling and Heating, the person who answered was very professional and understanding and promised to send someone at the end of the day. A very professional and knowledgeable technician, Justin, came on time and found what was wrong, it had the part with him to replace and fixed the AC. He also showed me the damaged part he replaced and explained me why it was damaged and why it was the cause of the problem. He also reviewed all the vent entrances, all other necessary related matters and assured the AC was working well. The fee was surprisingly reasonable! I recommend this company to everyone. I will continue to use them. Is a local company and would like to see them grow in Leesburg, Lake County and more, while preserving the good service.

I am very pleased with the service I received. It was my first time calling Egbert's for service at my condo. They were very prompt in coming after I called..within 3 hours. Thomas was very knowledgeable and did a great and quick job of fixing the problem. So glad that I called there company.
