Egberts cooling and heating

Thomas was an excellent representative of Egberts. He was easy to communicate with, on time, professional and knowledgeable. Thomas came to my house to check my air handler at 7pm on a Friday and was able to diagnose the issue on the spot. He was back as promised Monday morning and quickly replaced the motor on my air handler unit. Thank you for your help, Thomas!

I Have NEVER been so eager to post a review. I called at 8 AM and Thomas was there before 10:00. The professionalism, NO high pressure sale to get a new unit (Yes, I KNOW I need one)but outlined what I was looking at when I was ready. Even though I stood over him watching every move (father was H&I for 30 years and passed me some knowledge) he explained everything he was doing and WHY. I WILL be getting a new unit w/i the next 6 months, and you can be assured I will be calling Egberts.....and asking for Thomas.

Justin and his assistant Steve came in, diagnosed that my old A/C was terribly put together so I chose installing a new A/C with them. They were super quick and their craftsmanship is next level! Best investment ever! My house has never been cooler!

Highly recommend this company!! Our AC quit working when the roofers hit a nail into the refrigerant line. I called just before 6pm and Thomas showed up by 7pm very professional, knowledgeable, and ready to get the issue fixed. Thomas went above and beyond to make sure that my family had air conditioning that night. I couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Thomas was awesome. Fixed my A/C quick and took the time to explain what went wrong and what I could do to prevent the issue from happening in the long run. Definitely recommend.

Needed their services when my AC shut down on a Saturday (as they always seem to do). A tech was here within an hour and had it diagnosed quickly and efficiently. Unfortunately a part was needed but the tech picked up the part first thing on Monday and my AC was up and running by 10am.

I got service from Egberts cooling and heating to replace the capacitor of my Goodman heat and pump system. I was charged $298 in total, which I found the cost might only be $12 to 52 of the part. To be honest, it’s good service, but it is weight too expensive to have their service.
