He went over finance options and was able to be flexible with the payment.

Nate showed up and let me know he was going to be in my yard working and what was to be done.
Both were nice and professional.

Probably the most professional group of folks I’ve ever worked with. Response time was fast from my initial call. I had to replace my old AC and it was done in less than 24 hours from my initial call. Excellent customer service, excellent communication, and excellent installation.
I will be using Egbert’s for my annual services and any maintenance needs in the future. I highly recommend this company for all of you AC needs.

Our A/C did not want to cool. We called bayonet and were told that no one could come on the same day and it would cost $99 dollars just to have a technician come over the next day.

We ended up giving Egberts a call around 8pm and were told that someone would be by my home within an hour. Literally in 30 minutes a technician (Justin) arrived, diagnosed the problem, fixed it, and was in and out by 9pm.

I’m extremely happy with Justin’s work, attention to detail, and overall customer service. He was straight to the point and completely transparent with what he was doing and why he was doing it. Overall 5/5 stars from me and my family.

Our AC went out after business hours, but Egberts Cooling & Heating was able to answer my call and schedule an appointment that evening for early the following day. Steve, the technician, was very friendly and helpful and quickly solved the problem. He explained the problem and gave me pointers on how to better maintain the system. I called Egberts because of their great rating and reviews on Google. I selected Egberts because they were responsive and were able to send out a tech before anyone else. Steve showed up on time, provided great service and was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend Egberts. (Thanks Steve!).

Thomas was awesome.He was early and called to let me know he was on his way. He explained what was wrong with the unit and quickly repaired our unit. Will definitely be using Egbert company again.

I am extremely happy with the service I received from Egbert’s. Thomas diagnosed my issue (non-emergency) on a Saturday night, 25 minutes after I called them. Steve came out Monday afternoon and knew exactly what I had spoken to Thomas about and got to work immediately. They were both extremely kind, honest, professional, knowledgeable, and personable. Thomas was honest about what needed to be done and didn’t try to convince me to do any extra work than necessary. Steve gave me several pieces of advice to prevent future issues. I’m so glad we called them. Unfortunately we are moving out of the area, but if not, I would absolutely be calling them for all of my A/C maintenance and issues in the future!!

Steve and the Egbert crew were fantastic. My unit fan went out yesterday on July 4th. I called them at 10am this morning, and by 6pm same day, I was back up and running. I will definitely be using them again, as I already signed up for their maintenance plan. Must have a/c and hvac in Florida, and you must have Egbert's. And no, they didn't pay me to say that!

Justin did a great job! He came on time, was informative and explained the membership for the AC. He also explained the parts we may need in the future and pricing. Saved our butts from dying of the hot Florida heat on Mother’s Day!!!

Thomas took great care of us today — one of our AC compressor units cut out yesterday, and Thomas came in and discovered an issue with a refrigerant leak and a failing capacitor. Did a great job describing the issues and our repair vs replacement options. He even came back for a second visit to finish the diagnostic after a few hours to allow time for the AC line to thaw. AC units are working great and I feel like we have a good plan to make sure they stay working for the life of the units!

Steve was absolutely great! I couldn't be Happier with his service! Very personalable! He came eager to fix the A/C issue and had it fixed fast. He is very knowledgeable and took time to explain everything. Thanks again Steve!
