Florida Cooling Supply

Just waisted my time and drive 45 minutes each way because this company claimed to have stock of flexible ductwork and had an order on hold for Will call. When I arrived to pickup my order the rude desk worker said he could not honor my order and gave me some lame excuse even though they had previously promised me the material now won’t honor the sale what a joke. Worst HVAC supply house experience I’ve ever had.

Excellent staff, everyone is very professional and helpful! I'm new to the HVAC world and Jenny is a pleasure to work with. She is always incredibly patient and kind and she goes out of her way to explain things thoroughly. Thank you FCS team for everything you do for us!

Reliable supplier with great customer service. We use them for all our a/c products at a nearby Apartment Complex that we manage. Very reasonably priced and we recommend them to everyone.

As a local HVAC tech in the Polk County area of Central Florida, going to Lakeland Florida Cooling is like a pleasant visit with family members (the kind that you like). These guys and gals go above and beyond with their customer service which makes for a well anticipated trip to the supply house. Also makes for a great way to break up the monotony of the service call grind at times. Great selection of tools and necessities and free ice, coffee, water, hot chocolate to get you through the day, what's not to love? I have never been to any other Florida Cooling locations but if they are anything like Lakeland FC, then they are legit.
