Chris showed up quickly, on a holiday no less and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. My entire situation was resolved quickly and with a level of professionalism that was refreshing. Would highly recommend and will call again.

So Justin Caleb came to check on my AC, First of all he told me that it was an old unit (it was bought two years ago with receipt and its top of the line) and then he continued to tell me that nothing was wrong but the unit is 2.5 ton which is undersized for the house. The unit is 3.5 ton and was confirmed by two other companies (and the original receipt). I asked for a quote to be sent to me for what it would cost to replace the unit, he said they cant have anything in writing, but he will show me something he is not allowed to (BS) and gave me $7500 quote to replace my 3.5 Ton with another 3.5 ton. It will be funny unless some people probably fall for this scam. The other company that came by heard my story and right away said, was this "cool now?", they know, they hear these stories all day.

Very friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. I do plan on using the services in the future and would refer to anyone asking about like services.

After letting another company go for trying to drastically over charge me and upsell me to the point of annoyance I hired And Services. Little did either company know that I am a woman who is fairly well versed in the Air Conditioning Service Industry and I am also a consultant for people obtaining any type of licensure in the state of Florida. Robert from And Services was great! He was prompt, professional and extremely well versed in his field. I will continue to use their services throughout the years to come. Stay far far away from this company!! Original call was for heat not shutting off. The tech showed up the next day and said it was our mixing valve on the unit. He would have to return the next day. They finally showed up the following night with a different technician. 5 minutes into the job and he determined we had a bad thermostat. 2 days without cooling because of a bad thermostat. We also have the maintenance plan. We have scheduled multiple times, taken off work to meet them for maintenance, only to be called right before and told they would have to reschedule. THEN, we have their electronic air filters. We have been calling for 3 months trying to get filters. They finally drop the filters off and they are the wrong air filters. The tech says "oh, you need the bio filters. We have to special order these, you should have called a few months ago to get these". NEVER,EVER again will we use this company. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

Tech is knowledgeable and offered a solution that can be implemented quickly.

I requested an inspection of our air conditioning and heating components.
The service technician asked me to accompany him during his inspection and he explained the procedures he used as and the results.
He found our system in good working order and gave a written estimate for two upgrades and a service contract that we are considering.
Hendrick was courteous and professional and respectful of our not making a decision during his visit.
