Called Cool Now saw their commercials. They showed up on time diagnosed my ac issue and fixed it immediately. I'm up and running now thanks to Cool Now. My service tech was Randy he wore his booties respected my home I appreciate companies like this. I recommend their service they are now my ac company.

I general service was clear. He was nice and kind and respectful to me.

They where awesome, they came really late to my house, like at 11:00 pm because it was an emergency and the best part at not charge, it was a free estimate. Brandon was very professional and give us all the information that we needed, he offered to send us to a hotel for the night because our house was a real hot oven. Brandon also help us in the financing process. They installed our new unit right the next day. We highly recommend this company.

Very impressive company. They came out late on a Saturday for no additional cost. My family was in from out of town and my ac went down. Of course it would happen on a weekend when I have people over. I called cool now after reading their google reviews. I always do my research before calling someone. The tech Justin that they sent out was amazing. He was literally here for under 10 minutes and had us cooling in no time. He had found that a compacitor was bad and just needed to be changed out and he had one on his truck. The charge was extremely fair and I signed up for their maintenance membership so they could keep these type of things in check for me. Thank you Justin and Cool Now for coming to my rescue so quickly on a weekend.

First time I used this service , called with air conditioning issues at 4:30. They had someone onsite at 5:15 . I understand that’s probably not their usual response time but I was elated. Chris came out have the problem diagnosed , switch replaced within an hour. I was very impressed with this company. Will definitely use again. Thank you.

Chris was fabulous as usual, professional, friendly, and great communication. 4 Stars overall, because company could be better with follow up...Called a month ago, said they get back to us, and we had to follow up with them weeks later. As paying members, and not a random caller, follow up should be better. Overall good company we’ve been using for a few years, with mostly positive experience.

Called Cool Now to schedule a service appointment for a non-cooling system and Brandon the technician called me within fifteen minutes to say he got the call and would be over after he finished his current call. I appreciated the immediate communication. Brandon was very personable, knowledgeable, and efficient. He explained processes and problems so that I understood. I would certainly do business with Brandon again and will recommend to my friends and family.

Cool Now had someone out to my home in less than 24 hrs. I had a problem with my AC system icing up. Gary came out and did a thorough review of my system, checking everything. He was extremely professional and knowledgeable, and got my system up and running again temporarily with parts to order. I would definitely recommend Cool Now for all of your home AC needs. Ask for Gary. They also offer a very good maintenance plan, of which, I am seriously considering.

I called first thing in the morning with questions and concerns regarding my existing unit. They sent Brandon out when I got home from our daily appointments. Brandon is very good at what he does! Explains things very thoroughly, and would also show me what he was explaining so I could better understand the issue. Brandon set me up with a brand new unit to be installed the next day as our air was still running and made sure other repairs would be made so everything would run perfect for many years to come! I highly recommend this company and I highly recommend Brandon!

I am a new customer and when the company I have used for the past 9 years told me they would not come until the next day, I called Cool Now. I was told someone would be out within 2 hours. An hour and a half later, I had the please of having Chris T. Come out, diagnose and fix a very minor issue that was stopping the unit from running. Chris is very professional and now Cool Now has a new and dedicated customer. Thank you for the quick response and professional service.
