    I’ve used Glasco on two of my properties. First was an oil conversion to new gas furnace. Removal of oil tank, old furnace removal and new furnace installation was all done on the same day. The crew was clean, professional and Covid compliant.

    The second time I used Glasco was for a furnace repair. A different national company had installed the furnace a few years ago. Although the furnace was still under warranty, I found the service company that was being sent out to service the furnace to be incompetent after 3 different service calls. Finally I gave up and called Glasco. Within 30 minutes the problem was identified and resolved. The pricing was also reasonable.

    I had excellent service from Glasco! The installation of my Lennox Ductless System was very smooth. Both the electrician and the installer were very polite and professional and when I had a follow-up concern about a noise from the compressor, a service technician was sent out quickly and resolved the issue.

    I've been a property manager for a long time and have gone through several HVAC companies in the past. When Glasco shows up, I know that my issue will be fixed correctly, the FIRST time. Their guys are professional, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to make sure I understand what caused the issue and how they fixed it. Their office staff is extremely supportive, responsive, and never leaves me hanging. Glasco is one of THE BEST, most responsive, and honest companies I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with.

    I recently used Glasco via Costco program for the install of our new Lennox AC unit. The entire process from start to finish was superb. Glasco was professional, punctual and affordable as well. I would highly recommend then for any HVAC job and will most certainly use them in the future. The sales rep Tim deserves a special kudos as his communication and thoroughness in explaining every step of the install was second to none.

    Glasco was great. Installation was complete in 1 day. The crew completed the install by mid-day while the electrical was completed by the end of day. The crew was pleasant, friendly, and kept everything very clean. Would definitely suggest you check this company out for your HVAC needs.

    We would highly recommend Glasco to anyone looking for a central AC retrofit. Paul, Bob and his team did a terrific job throughout process: from quote to installation. The job was done on time and the crew was respectful of our home. We would have given Glasco 5 stars except for a mix up of paperwork for our final insepection with our town's building department. It was resolved and we are very happy with our central AC system!

    Used Glasgow to have my AC installed through Lowes. The service between the two companies could have been better, it was a bit confusing to have to sign contracts named with the install company but at Lowes, and then pay Lowes while Glasgow wanted their payments. Would recommend only going through Glasgow if you can to avoid this problem. Install day went well, all servicemen wore masks at our request in the house and were helpful.

    We used Glasco’s services in January 2018 for standard furnace maintenance. No complaints regarding their furnace maintenance service however how they manage their books is a different story.
    We scheduled furnace cleaning services for the week of 01/08/2018. Glasco called on 01/03/2018 asking if they could service the furnace that day as they had availability and were in the area. We arranged for someone to meet the technician at the home. Per Glasco’s payment terms “COD”, cash was tendered at time of service. Come April/May 2018, we received an invoice from Glasco stating we owed $175.48 for the 01/03/2018 service. We called and explained that we paid cash on the spot and were then led to believe that their systems were updated to reflect this. NOW, two years post servicing, we yet again received another statement in December 2019, stating their system still reflects an outstanding balance. Typically we would never pay cash but due to Glasco requesting to come to the home prior to our scheduled appointment, we were unable to leave a check. Given the fact it is 2 years past the servicing date, it is an unrealistic expectation to believe a homeowner would maintain receipts for cash payments for an extended period of time. We had made three different attempts (Dec 2019 – Feb 2020) to speak with an owner but have yet to receive a response. They will not be receiving another payment from us as this service was paid two years ago. They need to learn how to properly manage their books and not let “outstanding” balances linger in their systems for two years and expect the customer to pull obsolete bank records and credit card statements or to keep proof of cash payments for such an extended period of time. We were really hoping it would not come down to us leaving a negative review but our situation has yet to be acknowledged by an owner and we do not want to revisit this situation months/years down the road.

    I had 5 estimates prior to finding Glasgow, turned out they were the company who originally installed my furnace and water heaters 21 years ago when my house was built. The owner came out the day after my phone call, gave me a competitive estimate within hours of the visit. They came out the day after new years on time to install and were done in less than a day. Everyone was great and I highly recommend. They installed a new Lennox furnace replacing my 21 year old Lennox, so I highly recommend Lenox furnaces, new one is quieter and more efficient.

    We had this company install a mini split system for us. They were easy to communicate with and I was comfortable with every tech that was at our house. There were a few bumps along the way, which can happen with any project. Glasco did a good job of listening to our concerns and remedying the problem. Solid contractor that cared about customer satisfaction
