Absolutely great! I had nothing but a great experience using Glasco. They installed a high quality gas boiler for a very good price. This was installed in the middle of the pandemic, and all employees were professional, wore masks and were very sanitary. They answered all of my questions and didn't seem bothered when I asked. Also, customer service was impeccable. The young lady I spoke with on the phone on numerous occasions was always polite, knowledgeable and was always able to take care of my requests. From start to finish the entire process of getting a quote, scheduling the install, installation, cleanup and inspection all were done professionally and in a timely manner. I will be doing business with the good people of Glasco again.

We used Glasco to replace our 25 +year old AC and air handler while also installing a new thermostat upstairs to improve the air distribution on our second floor. It took a couple of minor adjustments after the initial but the system is now working great. Glasco’s responsiveness to these minor issues was very impressive as they got a tech out the next business day to take care of it. I was very impressed with their professionalism and would definitely recommend using them.

Glasco replaced our 26 yr old boiler and hot water heater. Sales was very good and recommended a reliable brand for a direct replacement for our current system. Installation was quick and professional. The system that was installed operates efficiently. There was only one discrepancy, a very slow drip from a pipe bushing which was repaired the next day. The cost for the system was on the lower end of the 7 quotes we received. The reason for 4 stars is due to the communication issues within their office. Had to call multiple times to address questions and issues. One area of improvement would be to inform the purchaser that they are responsible for permit closeout up front. Due to COVID-19 restrictions there was a good deal of confusion between the town, Glasco and myself. Overall, very satisfied with the replacement. I would recommend them based on value for money, quality products and technician professionalism.

I converted my furnace from oil to natural gas. Paul (owner) arrived timely for the initial meeting and provided a quote within 24 hours. He explained the entire process thoroughly and reflected each element of the proposed work on the quote. DocuSign ensured a quick and efficient turnaround of the contract. A second meeting was scheduled to ensure accuracy of measurements and to plan all elements of the removal and installation of the furnace, oil tank and chimney liner.

Installation team for the furnace arrived on time and removed the existing unit and installed the new unit in one day. The team was professional and workmanship looks great with the new gas supply and water drain lines tucked out of the way. We were lucky to have the oil tank removal team scheduled the next morning which allowed for less chaos during the installation process. They completed their work within three hours including removal of supply lines and patching the interior and exterior walls where the former supply line/exhaust were installed. We also scheduled the team for the chimney liner (existing water heater exhaust) to arrive on the afternoon of the oil tank removal. Well thought out scheduling plan to avoid too many people in the confined space of our basement mechanical room.

Permits were pulled by Glasco and the town inspector arrived and passed the work on the same day. Again, excellent scheduling and coordination by the team. The office team was always accessible and helpful in answering questions and coordinating each step of the project.

Financing is available and coordinated by Glasco if desired. Filing for rebates and warranty registration is provided by Glasco. I highly recommend Glasco for any water heater, furnace or air conditioning job. Their rates are reasonable and their workmanship and coordination is second to none.

Excellent experience with this company from initial visit to job completion. Scope of job explained thoroughly before work began. All my questions answered completely. Any challenges encountered during installation were resolved effectively. Very pleased with the entire process and recommended Glasco highly.

Highly trained staff were able to address all problems. This is our second heat pump installation by Glasco, and we are happy with both installations. When we had some initial problems with one of the units, their technical engineer came out almost immediately and figured it out. Both units are functioning efficiently now, and one of them is now the primary source of winter heat in the building we installed it in. The Lennox units are very good quality.

New Hydro air unit installed in attic and new high efficiency propane boiler installed in basement. I chose Glasco over others based on initial meeting with Paul who is one of the owners. The organization is setup where each of the partners has eyes on both sales and service/install, which is a huge plus. The pricing was competitive and the information provided at time of initial meeting was good and allowed me to make an informed decision. I also had follow up questions after proposal was sent which was done via email. These questions were answered promptly. Once contract was signed the job was assigned to an installer who came out to survey the project. Install of both my projects went fairly smoothly and I was up and running within the time frame they told me. My only ding I would say is when they demo'd the old ductwork they damaged some drywall. And when I brought it to the foremans attention he said he'd let his office know, and nothing ever became of it. With the amount of work and material they brought up into a small scuttle I wasnt surprised. I guess I just expected follow up or an offer a credit to repair. I'd still recommend them and I'd use them again, which I have.

I called Glasco for an estimate to replace my current AC, heating system, and hot water heater. Paul came out and reviewed my set up and provided a cost proposal for the installation. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his business and applicable energy rebates. The workers arrived on the scheduled date, on time, were polite, and went straight to work. The entire installation was completed on schedule the same day. I was very pleased with their professionalism and the installation.

I'm extremely pleased with the services I received from Glasco Heating and Air Conditioning. Their prices are competitive, their product is top of the line and their installation service was outstanding. The were on with all their appointments and finished the job well within the projected completion time. I had some concern with a weak ceiling and cracking that might occur when they were up in the attic but they shored up the ceiling and their were no marks or cracks at all. They are very professional and capable. I'd recommend them to anyone needed a full system installation or just a simple update or repair. Great Job and thank-you so much Glasco!
