We are very happy with the installation of our heating and hot water system. The Glasco staff were very professional and easy to work with. The work was done quickly and cleanly. We asked for a couple of changes after installation was done and they quickly came out to do them even though it meant several hours additional work. We definitely recommend them.

Glasco did a fantastic job re-installing our new air ducts. The time it took was more than reasonable, as was the price. We feel like we got outstanding service from the "A Team." Glasco is the best in the business. The best thing was to be able to contact you to fix a problem and to have you come out almost immediately to look at it and then fix it within a day. Colleen at the office was extremely helpful, Bob was great as always, and the crew did an amazing job.

I had an excellent experience with the installation of two furnaces. Paul was very helpful in explaining my options to me and they were able to fit me into the schedule quickly. Very reasonable pricing and the crew that ultimately installed the furnaces did great work. I will certainly use them again.

Good experience with Glasco. Sales and Service teams were aligned which made for a smooth installation. No surprises. Install crew was friendly and professional. There were a couple issues with air intake and exhaust pipe and Glasco came back and took care of it promptly.

We needed to replace our entire HVAC system and the Glasco estimate was very reasonable, and the sales process was very smooth. The installation team was knowledgeable, efficient and they cleaned up any mess they made. The equipment installed is a top quality premium brand. I highly recommend Glasco for all your heating and ac needs.

1 year later - I wanted to update my review because I want to mention that this company is absolutely outstanding. There were issues with the install, through no fault of Glasco but because of some nuances in my duct work and returns, and the coil kept freezing and my basement had water. They responded to my calls every time, patiently came back numerous times, replaced components, and discovered the ultimate problem and repaired it (it was a very funky issue and was not a result of any inexperience or lack of institutional knowledge). They never gave me any argument, were courteous and respectful, and stood by their work to finish the job the right way. I have never dealt with a company that was this professional and took the kind of pride in getting the job done right that Glasco did. This is the company to hire.

Came across Glasco through our Costco membership. Very professional, On time on both visit for quoting and install. Paul and all staff both onsite and in the Glasco office were very professional and responsive any time we had questions or concerns. I had concerns about a specific component that was included in the package and Paul upgraded that component to one that I was comfortable with at no extra cost. Great install team that worked at my place. Would recommend Glasco for HVAC needs.

Glasco Heating and Air Conditioning Inc was great! We had an issue with a previous HVAC company and Glasco came highly recommended from a co-worker of my wife. The owner, Ron, came and met with us and subsequently the installation project manager Jeff met with us. This company is highly professional and well trained. This removal of my old boiler system and oil tank was done efficiently. The team of sub-contractors they hired to perform the other tasks were professionals as well. And most importantly the installation of the new system (conversion from oil to gas) was efficient as well. This company deserves 10 stars! They are the best in my opinion!
