I had an amazing experience with Glasco and would recommend them to anyone! Our furnace went out at 2am on a Friday morning and I had contacted Glasco through Lowes that Friday for an in-home estimate. The owner of the company came out Saturday, which is not a day they typically do estimates. He had a quote to me within a couple of hours after he left. We signed the contract Monday, had someone out to do measurements Wednesday, and scheduled the install for the following Monday. The crew showed up right on time, were extremely professional, very good at what they do, and were done within 6 hours installing the furnace, new ac system, and all of the stuff that goes with it. I cannot say enough how great of a job these guys did and what a great experience it was. Thank you thank you thank you to all of you at Glasco!!!

I had the pleasure of working with the entire team and they did work very hard to not only get me in the schedule, but work on getting the proper Furnace and AC system for my house. On the day of the installation, their team did a great gob on the cosmetic part of the installation. when they finished that day, they turned on the the system and everything worked perfectly as of 10/5/21. Its is now 11/22/21 and everything continues to work great !!!

Glasco came to our home to install a central air system & they were wonderful! The bid provided was the most comprehensive out of the three companies we looked at and they stuck to it, no hidden charges or fees. The work was done neatly, professionally & quickly! Glasco was also quick to come back & balance the system the following week. We couldn’t have asked for better service and are so happy with our air conditioning - best investment!

Jeff, Matt and Michael arrived at the agreed upon time. The removal of the existing equipment and installation of the new equipment went smoothly. Attention to the details of connecting to respective utilities and the infrastructure of the house was accomplished professionally . The new elite series Nat gas furnace and ac unit are extremely quiet during operation. Phone conversations with Glasco were handled courteously and promptly. I will not hesitate to use Glasco for future projects.

We recently needed replacement of our HVAC system. Came across Glasco at Costco and I’m glad we asked for an estimate. Paul was very professional and took his time to explain the differences between the various units Glasco has to offer and advised us with a few systems that would suit our needs the best. The unit was installed in February and the team was very flexible and accommodating for my schedule. The day of installment was very smooth; all three crew members were professional and efficient. Glasco also helped us with scheduling an inspection with the town, and per the town inspector, the job was “executed in a clean and meticulous manner“. We had our start up session today, and as all previous team members, Matthew was very professional, had an N95 mask and new gloves on, kept appropriate social distancing, and completed the job quickly and efficiently.
We were extremely satisfied with the services provided by Glasco and would applaud Paul and his team for the great job. With no hesitation, we would give Glasco our highest recommendations.

My new centralized Air Conditioning Unit and the attic duct work were done by Glasco Heating & Air Conditioning company. The crews did a great job, they were in time and very professional. The pre installation estimate, consulting and fair pricing were done in time as promised.

The installation of the heating system and AC was completed in the expected time. The installers were respectful of our home and cleaned up after they were done.
Unfortunately there were some issues that I feel need to be mentioned.
1-The hatch door was left open and we were not made aware of this. It has to be locked from the inside which we did when we noticed it was open the next day.
2-Three thermostats were replaced. We needed two of them programmed which was not done at the time of installation. We were told to check the brochure for instructions. A code was needed for the programming which was discovered when a technician was called and came to our home the next day. He did a good job!
3-From day one of installation there has been a “boom” sound during different periods of the cycle. Service was called and a technician came today and corrected the problem.
These may all seem like minor problems but it’s been discouraging. I hope the future with our new units will be more positive.

Our experience with Glasco started with paul coming out and giving us a timely, competitive quote to replace our 36 year old gas furnace/ac in our condo. Very friendly and professional. Next came scheduling and payment and the girls that we dealt with in the office were attentive, professional, friendly and accommodating to our schedule which was impacted greatly by the pandemic.

Installation day came and the guys did a thorough job deftly displaying their vast experience with a quick efficient removal and installation of the new furnace and condenser.

The system is working fine and we look forward to many years of worry free operation. They will certainly have our yearly contract for check ups on the system.

I would highly recommend Glasco for a job this size. Replacing this system in your house is a tough decision requiring research on the homeowners part. When I completed mine, it was clear who to go with.

I've had a terrific experience with Glasco HVAC so far. They did a great job installing my central AC system in March 2018. Throughout the process, everyone in the office was extremely helpful and friendly. The owner, Paul, came out personally to give me a quote on replacing the system. He was very knowledgeable and personable. The other owner, Bob, came out for the follow up consultation and again was very helpful. I would highly recommend this company. They have fair prices and do great work. The crew also left my condo spotless.
