Very professional. Everyone, and I mean every person I interacted with, at Glasco was professional and courteous from scheduling the estimate, providing the estimate, reviewing the installation, the installation, to paying the final invoice. We had ductless AC installed in our home and have been very pleased with the results.

The guys at Glasco did a great job with installing my Lennox mini split ductless AC system. They were friendly, knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were respectful of my home and did a nice job keeping the areas clean during/after installation. They were helpful with suggesting financing options. The AC works great and was just the system I was looking for!! I would definitely use them again.

All appointments for upstairs A/C install (initial, technical scoping, installation) were timely and efficient. Installation was fast and clean-up was thorough. Installers very friendly and answered questions well. Bonus was installation of filter in easily accessible ceiling location versus far into attic. Will definitely re-use when downstairs A/C needs to be replaced.

This is not the first time I have done business with Glasco Heating. I'm a repeat customer. Working with Paul Russo to start the project is a very pleasant and professional process. Paul makes sure you are aware of ALL the details of the project including all expenses with no surprises. Subsequent the engagement phase Bob Fresen went over the installation and any findings with updated details. The installation went very smoothly and once again I am a very happy customer. Having had bad experiences previously with other well known contractors in the central CT region with peace of mind I strongly recommend Glasco Heating. Great job!

We had an air conditioner issue . A new company for us came and tried to fix the leak we had in the system. That did not work and given that the system was old and had two compressors we agreed to replace. Only neeced one compressor outside to replace two ( we hope since winter and we cannot test). Glasco did a very good job removing all the old systems in the attic. A very difficult job. Very tidy work over two days. Not cheap costing about 16,000 ish to remove and put in a new system including the attic air handler and ductwork. The only odd thing was getting a letter telling us to call the town to get an inspection. We have had work done on the house and the town never seems to sign off because the contractors never get the inspection done. We found out we had open tickets for work done two years ago. i really wish they would finish the job and get the inspection done. We called the town and they do not want to inspect now and want Glasco there next year. Will see. All in all a very good company and we are happy to have them assist us in our heating and cooling needs.

As I sit here enjoying my new central air conditioning system I'm happy to say Glasco exceeded my expectations. The gentlemen that came out to quote and go over the installation were very knowledgeable and answered all questions I had, the folks in the office were helpful whenever I needed information or an update and the technicians that did the installation did a great job and left my house clean. I've already recommended them to family and coworkers and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

They installed a mini split heat pump and a tankless natural gas combi boiler in my house and did an excellent job in a timely manner while communicating well.

We wanted to replace an old furnace and got a quote from Glasco. They were great. On the day they came to install the furnace, their crew was fantastic. We then had a problem with the furnace, on a really cold Sunday, and I thought we'd just have to tough it out, but Glasco had someone at our house within an hour and we were back up and running again in no time. I'm incredibly impressed and highly recommend them.

Overall, Glasco provides exceptional service and competitive pricing. I reached out to Glasco in September 2019 to get a quote for installing a new boiler. My quoting experience started with Paul Russo coming out to my home, assessing our situation, and then sending my wife and I an email within a couple of days from when I met him. Paul is very professional, genuine, and follows through with what he says. I had a very good experience in all of my interactions with Paul.
