They did a great job with a completely new heat pump / AC installation (new outdoor condenser and inside air handler and new lines). Mike Ritchie is very knowledgeable and could answer all questions I threw at him. They are also an Elite dealer for Heil so your warranty goes from 10 years to 12 years. If you are a United Technologies employee you also get the employee discount since Heil is a Carrier brand (...and less expensive than exactly identical Bryant or Carrier branded units).

I would highly recommend this company to anyone interested in having any HVAC done in there home/ business! The guys Advanced heating & air conditioning had at my place were very professional & very friendly. They got the job done in a very timely manner and even left my home cleaner then how I had it when they arrived. A++ work

I had Mike and Co. install a new central A/C unit and furnace in my home in January 2021. They also added 1 additional duct to my duct work. Everyone I came in contact with at this company were extremely professional. Mike and his wife helped me every step of the way. They are VERY knowledgeable on working with EnergizeCT.com. They knew the ins and outs of how the whole process works. I am extremely leery when it comes to home repair etc, but they could not have made me feel more comfortable. I recommend them to everyone who needs HVAC work done, in the area.

They installed the HVAC system in my house when it was being built in 2020 - 21. Moved in spring of last year. Called them my first winter in the house because things just seem right. They responded quickly and had a Service Tech. out on my schedule within a few days. The Service Tech. was great. He went through the whole system and fine tuned it. Explained the system and addressed all my concerns, showed me how the system worked and showed me where all the dampers were and how to adjust air flows to each part of the house. Excellent, really learned a lot.

Mike and Paul have been fantastic to work with and very responsive when we’ve needed support. Extremely happy with the team, and the quality of work they do! Highly recommend!

The most honest HVAC company. My mother needed her AC repaired and was told she needed to spend 8-10k on a new system. Advanced came in and rather than upselling her, they were able to fix the problem. I will make sure to recommend them from now on!

Chris bid doing our house very way I asked, which was about every way possible to heat and cool an old farmhouse which fortunately had ducts added.
Price was great and they did a heat pump/high efficiency backup propane furnace while replacing the old ducts with sensible, wrapped supplies. There were no surprises, which is always good with jobs such as these.

Advanced heating and air conditioning is the place to go! We had them do a full installation for central air. They did the whole job in two days! its the best purchase I've ever made, and the price was the best around. They are very accommodating to when you want it installed and what system you're looking for and they aren't pushy to make you spend thousands more than you need to.

I highly recommend this company. After two other companies failed to find and repair a problem in our AC system, Alan from Advanced perservered and successfully traced a short to a component in the compressor. He was professional and competent.
