Glasco installed our high efficiency gas boiler, last year, and we just had them install our Mitsubishi 4 ton ductless mini split system and we are thrilled with everything. Our salesman, Tim, took time to explain everything and all of our questions were addressed. He was always a available to address our concerns. Special shout out to Sisco, Jose, Dalton and Cody for their excellent installation on our Mitsubishi. We highly recommend Glasco.

Glasco is by far a company that is honest and reasonable.and does quality work .I have done business with them for 12 years and there Response to issues are excellent .. Will Ortiz the Service manager is excellent to work with and explains the problems and issues and does not over charge you. There technicians know there stuff. Marc the tech was up here to install a circuit board in My AC and did the job in 30 minutes . Don’t fall for these companies that low ball you just to get you in and try to upsell you .These guys are are very reputable. I have dealt with Paul. The owner,, Will and Marc and they are very nice and Ethical. Customer service is also very nice and professional.l highly recommend. This company is the real Deal. There is no substitute for Ethical Conduct and Fair Pricing .and services

I replaced both natural gas furnace and AC by Glasco through a program offered at Costco. I did lots of home maintenance projects in the past six months ranging from interior painting, fireplace repair, basement repair, roof replacement, septic tank system replacement totaling over $60000. The experience I had with Glasco in the gas furnace and AC replacement is best of all projects I did. They are professional in all aspects such as quality of work, courtesy, on time arrival, good communication, etc. At one time I thought of postponing the project after the deadline of contract signing due to my own reason. They agreed to cancel the contract without imposing a penalty. That was really above-and-beyond. Later I still decided to move on with the project. The fact that they agreed to cancel without penalty gave me lots of confidence on Glasco. In addition to good professional service, their price is also the best among four estimates I received. In the past I seldom wrote reviews, but I am glad to write this one for them with 5 star rating in all areas of service.

Excellent contractor for a combo ductless and ducted whole house A/C and heating system on a ~100 year old house. Reasonable pricing, latest units from Mitsubishi, up front rebates and incentives, available financing, and quick/professional/courteous install. Electrical upgrade included with the package, Glasco took care of everything. Great experience, highly recommended!

Due to other contractors my basement remodel was filled with starts and stops - Glasco was always ready to do their part pretty much at the drop of a hat. When it came time to do the final installation - they did a great job - in and out in one day - neat and clean installation. I highly recommend Glasco - top notch

I must say that Glasco is a great firm! They installed a new Lennox furnace with true professionalism and on time. (Jeff and Joe!). They walked me through the manuals and controls, and the quality of the work, and the value of the new furnace was much better than the quote I got from my former longterm servicing firm. I am highly recommending Glasco!

Our second floor AC unit went out on us, of course as the weather begins to get hot. The Glasco team could not have been more helpful. They responded quickly, diagnosed the issue and expedited the install our new system so we didn’t suffer too long.

Purchased two condensers and air handlers and one ductless split heat pump through the Costco program. Excellent overall experience. Highly Professional at every level of the process. Fair prices. They did an excellent job explain tax credits and options to pay for the work. Timely communications and install considering how slow everything can be with the pandemic. Glasco installed mini split units in a cottage we have & they were very professional & on time. Their work was fast & the install team was very respectful of our property. explained the operation of the units extremely clearly. I would recommend them to anyone interested in in mini split units!
