R & E Heating & Cooling

Ralph and his Eugene have been servicing our equipment for 28 years and have replaced one furnace 17 years ago. When our 28 year old whole house AC finally went after 28 years, we decided to replace both the furnace and AC unit. Ralph was honest and his work ethic is fantastic. He took the time to explain everything to us so that we understood why updating to a two stage furnace was the way to go. Additionally, they added an extra duct to the AC and heating system to feed a room in the house that was always either too warm or too cold and it worked beautifully. This was the most economical option as well.

Ralph originally told us that it would be about a month before he could replace our equipment and it turned out to be two weeks...a nice surprise! They were on time, efficient and extremely fast and hardworking. They were friendly, but professional and cleaned up nicely.

We are very happy with our new AC, and our house is more comfortable than it has ever been. The furnace has enabled the AC to run more efficiently and much more quietly. Never new what we were missing!

R & E might be a small local company, but they sure knew what they were doing and we would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
