They were nice and knowledgeable. New boiler looks very nice and much improved over what we had. However, we had to call them back because we had no hot water. Explanation that was given was that something needed to be tightened, which seems odd. Then we noticed that the water pressure was a lot lower than before and the water wasn't getting as hot. We have called three times so far to have someone help with this but no one calls us back. The manual is useless because it shows a picture of a digital display that we don't have. Before they had our money they were responsive and helpful but after they got paid I guess they don't feel the need to call us back.
Update: Omni sent a technician, Michael, to answer our questions. He was very courteous and gave us the information we needed. One comment is that they sent him over without checking with us first if we were home. Luckily we were but that is a suggestion for the future. Everything is working well and we are overall happy with our business with Omni.

I HIGHLY recommend Omni Mechanical Services LLC in South Windsor for all your HVAC needs. Tom and his team are the best and helped us with a very big repair of our mini splits air conditioning units. Super professional, friendly, and a hardworking team. Tommy and Dave did excellent work. They even saved a bird’s nest of baby birds for us from a vent tube! What should have taken 2 days of work was completed in one day! Great team work by an excellent company! Thank you!

Our heat and hot water went out the other night and it was zero fun! We called Omni after hours to discuss our options. Tom was super helpful. We were able to set up an appointment for the following day where our problems would be resolved. Andre was friendly and flexible with scheduling. He kept me updated with the technician's schedule constantly. Once Kevin showed up, he worked quickly and was very thorough and informative about our situation. He knew what part we needed and efficiently replaced it to restore our heat. Thank you, Jimmy and company, for helping us out on such a professional and effective level. We will call Omni for all future services!

Omni Mechanical services is a phenomenal company and its workers are very professional. Jimmy and Maco are an excellent team. They do excellent work and honor there commitments. They backup everything they do with a 1year warranty on parts and labor. Definitely hire them for any of your HVAC jobs.

We had our old Mitsubishi split system replaced with a new one. The staff was very professional, they arrived on-time and installed the units by 3pm Thursday. They did leave some scratches on our hardwood floor. The electrician was behind schedule and had to come Saturday to connect the system to the fuse box. It wasn't until ~3 weeks later when the weather was warm enough we needed to use the a/c to find out the system was not charged properly and the a/c was not blowing cold air. Omni came out and filled our system however he noticed our outdoor unit displaying an unknown error code. He said he would investigate and we are waiting to hear back, however the system appears to operate normally. During the original install the lines to the outdoor unit are too close to the electrical connection box to open easily. This box has the plug which totally disconnects the system's electricity.
This is a 3-star review given Omni was very professional, responsive, and reasonably priced. However not charging the system properly, not finishing the install in a single day as originally promised, and minor installation issues are negative experiences. I would upgrade to 4-star if I hear back regarding the error code and if the units continue to function as expected during the summer.
UPDATE: The system again stopped blowing cold air. I texted the technician Sunday evening. He was very responsive and showed up early Monday morning to service our system. He found a pin-hole leak in a connection to the outdoor unit leading to the refrigerant leaking out. He also filled the system with more lbs refrigerant than the first time. The error code was no longer showing and he could not receive any explanation from Mitsubishi regarding the meaning of what he saw. This leads me to believe there are 3 possibilities why our system was not filled with refrigerant the first time: 1) Technicians forgot to fill the system (unlikely), 2) Pin-hole leak, or 3) System not filled with enough lbs refrigerant. The technician agreed a pressure check in 1-2 weeks was a good idea.
In the end, this is a 4-star review. While some of the technical issues seemed avoidable, the product is good, the responsiveness was excellent, and we felt Omni genuinely wanted to do the right thing. We would consider using Omni again for future jobs.

Tom came in executed the task of starting up my propane Vermont stove top heater and fireplace 🔥and we are toasty now!
