Recently, Glasco installed a complete HVAC system in our electrically heated ranch.
We were initially put in contact with Glasco through Costco installed products & services.
Glasco contacted us and from there we scheduled an appointment with Ricky Leone, their systems specialist.
He arrived at our house and I explained to him that we were looking to have AC installed in our house and I also mentioned that I had heard about adding a heat pump to help reduce our heating costs associated with our electric heat.
Ricky said he would not recommend a heat pump for our home but instead we should consider a propane furnace.
This was news to me, I didn't know this type of furnace we even an option for us.
Long story short, we worked out the details and the HVAC system was installed at the end of September.
The system they installed has greatly exceeded my expectations. The AC works perfectly but to my surprise the propane heating system heats the entire house and our home has never been more comfortable.
The deal got even better by going through Costco, we also got 15% discount on all Lennox products.
It's been an overall pleasant experience dealing with Glasco. They are a first-rate company that does everything by the book.
There's no "fine print" with these people. They do what they say they will do.

They did a great job with installing our geothermal heating and cooling system almost 5 years ago. Had them out to install a soft start system to reduce the amount of starting power needed which helps when running a generator. Mark came out this time. He was prompt, extremely polite and professional, and a pleasure to work with.

From start to finish, these guys exceeded our expectations. They were always prompt and courteous, from the initial quote through the installation. I purchased a Lennox furnace and central A/C unit through Glasco. They are very professional and answered all my questions timely. The installation was done well with the exception that they had to come back once to calk a hole to the outside that was missed. They addressed this issue promptly though. I highly recommend Glasco and plan to use them for our annual service.

We have been customers for years. This summer we decided to replace our old hot water boiler and domestic hot water heat with a new high efficiency system. Paul explained everything about the new system in perfect detail for us, prior to the installation date our old water heater sprung a leak. Glasco came that day and replaced the leaking tank with the new one hooking it up to our old boiler until the scheduled installation date. Service like this keeps us coming back. Plus we are pleased with our new complete system.
